I have a very simple question, on February 2, 2010 in the freezer cook prep subject you mentioned “2 bags of cooked chopped chicken”. What is your basic recipe for this item?

I think sometimes we are happy to know that we are not the only ones with those types of days! Yesterday, I made a bunch of meatballs, italian meatballs and oriental flavored meatballs for the freezer. It is freezer cooking at the easiest!

Life happens and you just can’t beat yourself up for it! A friend and I learned never to multiple cook a recipe we had never tried. We made a dish x4 for each of our families that even the dog would not eat! Our kids are all grown now but they still pick on us about that fiasco.
