filled the form out twice and got an “internal server error” both times…frustrating!

I can’t get this to work for me…maybe the server is overloaded??? I get an error message every time I try to submit.
I got that too, except I kept hitting refresh and about 7 clicks later it went through! I’m thinking the server is getting slammed from requests…

FINALLY got it to go thru! Just kept hitting refresh/reload when I got the internal error message and now says request submitted. Fingers crossed! Thanks again!
@angie, refresh/reload? which button is that? is it the reset?

on my PC is the button in your browser that is the circular arrow…when I put my cursor over it it says “reload current page.” hope that helps!

Hey guys, once you get the error page, don’t hit the back button, instead keep refreshing page until it goes through.. it will go through eventually! good luck!

I got it to work! Just like Angie…after you submit your request you WILL get the error message, BUT if you keep hitting the refresh button on your browser (like 9 times) it eventually took my request and I was taken to a page that said “Thank you. Your Request was submitted”.

I didn’t seem to have any problem with the site or the form. It took a minute to submit, but then it said “thank you for your request”…so hopefully it will come!

Finally got it. Hit the refresh button and the retry button. Took me 6 tries, but it finally worked.

It took about 25-30 times of hitting refresh, but it finally went through for me!
I couldn’t get it to submit at all no matter how many times I hit the submit button. So I called my husband at work and he was able to get it to go through on his work computer by hitting refresh after the error button many times. Hope it works! I did sign up for the free shampoo sample they have on their website without any problems.

I got the same error and just kept pressing REFRESH. After about 10 times it took a while to load and it transferred me through. Keep trying!!!

I tried nearly 12 times, first the form’s submit button did not work then tried to refresh it several times, had filled forms again and again and again, but gets internal errors. Little frustated for this freebie.
