Woops…I accidentally entered a giveaway post on here instead of the linkup below. Please erase….I’m sorry about that!
This is my first time linking a post using Mr. Linky. I think I did it right. Thanks so much for including me in some of your post. You have no ideal how much that has done for me personally and for my site. I do appreciate it so much.
Blessings, Beta
Last week I learned the Hard way about CVS’ RX Transfer program.
The 1-800-shop- CVS customer line gives out one set of rules and info as the store gives out another. I was told by the store that they are no longer accepting competitor’s coupons if the competitor is NOT right in the same vicinity as the store you are at. So no more Rite- Aid coupons. This I found out after 1800 told me to go there with the coupon and it would be accepted with NO problem. I wish stores would get with the Corporate office on this stuff and agree on the same thing.
Mary, just a suggestion…I would double check that “new” policy with CVS customer service. Unfortunately, sometimes stores sort of make up their own rules because they get weary of all the coupons. I know because I worked at a pharmacy and saw that kind of thing happen. It may that there really is a new policy though too.
I have really enjoyed your site! Thank you for posting freebies and coupons!
You could also use the coupon “-$3.99 Reach Adult Toothbrush, 1ct or Reach Wondergrip 2ct value pack (bogo) RP 12/6/09″.
I got two of the two pack toothbrushes for total OOP $3.99 each, and received $4 EB back.
I went to CVS and the only Excedrin I could find for $2.49 was the 10 count. Is there another for $2.49 that I’m missing? If I’m correct, the $2 coupons wouldn’t work on the 10 ct package right?
The $1 Nivea coupon in my 2/7 paper was for a larger size than the lip treatments, so I don’t think the scenario above will work exactly as listed. If you buy 4 lip treatments and use only the 2 B1G1 coupons, you will pay just 24¢ each or so for them after ECBs. Still a good deal.
Also, the only Excedrin bottles that my CVS had that would work with the $2 coupon were over $4 each.
The excedrin deal did not work well for me. The guy would only take one 2 dollar coupon so I think I am going to go back and return these and I guess I have to bring the extrabux back too also or else people would abuse it.
