Do you have any suggestions on how to get the coupons to print? I have installed the coupon printer that pops up and have tried all the help options, im stuck and don’t what else to do…man I want these good deals. Help?

For the rebate do you know if all the products must be purchased in one trans. or can it be several reciepts?

Denise January 10, 2010 at 1:27 pm

I tried the various register rewards deals and it did not print the RR. I spoke to the manager and he said that because I used a manufacture’s coupon that the RR would not print because that would be considered coupon looping. Has anyone ever heard of this?

hi! just wanted to give you heads up that i went and got the lubriderm and avenoo lotions at one of my wag stores, and they rang up b1g1free! not b1g1 1/2 like ad said!! as we speak, i’m going to rego thru my coupons and make another trip!! this sale worked out great for me! however, i wans’t able to get some of the smaller sizes of lotions, but with the sale being like it turned out, it still was awesome for me! thanks again! amy

at the store that I went to they did let me use the BOGO coupon on the oust, but…. the coupon says up to $3.99 and they were charging $4.29. The sales clerk took off the $3.99 twice adn I paid $.30 after. Greaet deal!

Lynn January 10, 2010 at 4:25 pm

I so appreciate your blog! You are an inspiration. I wanted to comment here that the Lubriderm from the Diabetes book would not go through at my Walgreens – they are claiming that these are now a Manufacturer Coupon instead of a Walgreens coupon. :( Not sure where this came from! Good Luck and I hope it works for some!

I can only print out the walgreens coupons once. The Website said I had reached my limit. Am I missing something? How do I use two?
Thanks.

I was also able to use the B1G1 Free coupon for the Oust, however my cashier didn’t read the coupon carefully(up to 3.99 value), and I got 4 for free!! Yay! :D

Cortney January 10, 2010 at 9:56 pm

I did the deal as described, but with two $7.99 Lubriderms with attached bonus trial sizes instead of the four little Lubriderms. I used two $2/1 plus the $1/1 in store coupon, and all the other coupons were as you described…

But my store also rang up BOGO free, so I only paid $2.77 OOP, even with a random Butterfinger filler… I think it might be a mistake, but getting over $40 in merch for less than $3 is a mistake I can live with :) Thanks so much for the heads up!

Jess January 10, 2010 at 9:57 pm

So, this is my first time to give this a try, and I am having the same problem as another post…I am not able to print more than one coupon, as it said I have reached my limit. I have tried to copy the one printed, but that didn’t work, and then I tried to e-mail a “friend” (my other e-mails) but it still said I reached my limit! What do you do????
frustrated

Liz January 11, 2010 at 11:31 am

Okay, so I have a question/dilemma:
I also purchased items for the JJ rebate and discovered that the Aveeno, Lubriderm, etc was buy 1 get 1 free. But my concern is that now I have not actually purchased $30 worth of merchandise (since 1/2 of it was free) and does not qualify for the rebate. My receipt actually shows me purchasing 6 items (total of about $45), then deducts all of my coupons and RR$ and then at the bottom shows 3 items being deducted as “free”.

So, my question(s) is: Did I buy enough to qualify for the $10 rebate or do I need to go back and purchase a couple more things to reach the $30 limit? How do rebate people usually look at a receipt like this? Do they just note that I bought 6 items totaling $45 and then I just happen to get 3 of them for free? Can I use multiple receipts for this rebate. HELP!!

thanks for any advice you can provide me :)
take care,
liz

I have the same question as Liz…. do the rebate people care about the items that ended up being free? (mine all rang up BOGO too!) I also spent about $45 total on the products and at the bottom of the reciept they deducted for the BOGO making my total only $22 (before coupons)…

Karen January 11, 2010 at 4:19 pm

For anyone who did the buy one – get one 50% off, did anyone else have it where when you bought two ROC, four lubriderm, and two aveeno that it took 50% off the lowest of all the items? For example, I had to pay full price for the ROC, I got the two Aveeno and two lubriderm half off. I was told that would be the case at all Walgreens. Anyone have it work right. For those of you who got BOGO, that’s awesome!

Nell January 11, 2010 at 8:06 pm

Hey there! :0) Just wanted to let you know that the Loreal Preference deal wouldn’t work at my store. The haircolor that is on sale 2/$13 isn’t the same box as what the January coupon advertises, so they wouldn’t allow me to use it. I still got the two haircolors for $7 which is okay, but I just wanted to give a heads up! :) Thank you!

After seeing this on another site, I just called J&J who told me that you have to SPEND $30 in order for the rebate to work. I bought $38 “worth of” products (as the Rebate Form states), and only spend $5. The J&J Customer Service line says they were told by the Corporate Office yesterday that the receipt has to show that you’ve actually PAID $30 or more on J&J products. Very misleading on J&J’s part..
