HOT! Walgreens: Lubriderm, Aveeno, RoC money-maker scenario for next week — Print coupons now!

by crystal on January 8, 2010

Walgreens
I usually try to stick with only sharing deals that are current, but this deal is really hot and I'm not sure all the printable coupons will be available in a few more days, so I'd recommend printing the coupons and hanging onto them until next week.

Deal at Walgreens for the week of January 10:

Buy 4 Lubriderm Daily Moisture Body Lotion (6 oz.) for $11.38
Buy 2 Aveeno Active Naturals Lotion (2.5 oz.) for $4.49
Buy 2 RoC Multi-Correxion Exfoliating Cleanser (5 oz.) for $14.98
Use 4 $2/1 Lubriderm coupons
Stack with $1/1 Walgreens coupon from the Diabetes & You book (available near the pharmacy)–will deduct $4
Use 2 $2/1 Aveeno coupons
Use 2 $3/1 RoC skin care coupons
Spend $8.85 plus tax out of pocket
Submit for $10 rebate available here
Free plus small overage after coupons and rebate!

Remember that these prices are not available until next week.

Thanks, Krazy Coupon Lady!

spreads like wildfire- i was able to print one lubriderm and one aveno it said print limit reached do I erase the cookies?

Laura January 8, 2010 at 1:55 pm

Quick question. How can you get two or four of these coupons? I used my back button, and it took those coupons off after my first printing. Then, I tried a new zip. No luck. Just curious.

Laura

mw January 8, 2010 at 1:55 pm

print limit already reached when i tried

Lisa January 8, 2010 at 2:09 pm

for most printables, you can only print one (or 2, depending on product) per computer.

Heather January 8, 2010 at 2:16 pm

I’m new to couponing, and this may be a dumb question :) I don’t see how you’re only paying $8.85 out of pocket. Are you using other rewards or something with this deal?

anonymous January 8, 2010 at 2:19 pm

I can’t get the math to add up to your final number… I get $25.16 in products and $22 in coupons; I must be counting wrong.

lisa January 8, 2010 at 2:21 pm

I don’t see the lubriderm or Roc coupons. Those of you who do, what are your zipcodes please?

Michelle January 8, 2010 at 2:22 pm

I don’t understand the math here. Are the Lubriderm and Aveeno lotions $5.69 and $4.49 each? And are the Roc cleansers $14.98 each, or is that total for both of them? I don’t see how you come up with $8.85 oop. And how do you get to the $30 total for the rebate.

Maybe I’m missing something important?

Tricia January 8, 2010 at 2:24 pm

I was only able to print one coupon of each as well. :(

Heather January 8, 2010 at 2:25 pm

Ok I went to Krazy Coupon Lady’s site and figured it out…:)

Rebekah Williams January 8, 2010 at 2:28 pm

Another vote here for it cutting me off after one print. Bummer. I definitely can’t find 4 different computers for this deal!

chels January 8, 2010 at 2:39 pm

is the total for 4 bottles of the Lubriderm lotion $5.69 or for each bottle? That seems pretty low for 4 bottles of lotion doesnt it?
Plus i thought Roc was about $14.00 per bottle.
Oh, and i just photo copy the coupons instead of hitting back button. Much easier – or i suppose you could scan them into the computer then print off as many as you needed?

Kate January 8, 2010 at 2:41 pm

I don’t see how your coming up with $8.85 either. Is the price on the Roc that you have listed wrong?

Celena January 8, 2010 at 2:43 pm

Not sure about the math on this one… are the totals at the end per item or the total for all items? Either way, it seems like you’d be spending either $30 out of pocket, or $3…??

Andrea January 8, 2010 at 2:43 pm

I can’t find the rebate. Your link takes you to coupons.com again. Is that where the rebate is?

chels January 8, 2010 at 2:49 pm

wait, what happened to my comment?
Im wondering how it is only $5.69 for 4 bottles of lubriderm lotion? arent they about that price for just one? Also, i just print one coupon and then make copies, then i can print as many as i want.
Or i suppose you could go and scan the printed coupon into your computer and then print what you need?

Charlotte January 8, 2010 at 2:51 pm

Same question as Heather… the math is not adding up to anything close to $8.85 OOP. Please explain.

Michelle January 8, 2010 at 2:52 pm

I see the math problem with the scenario above. If you buy 4 of the Lubriderm lotions, it would be $11.38, which would put you over the $30 needed for the rebate.

With the prices listed above, you would have only $25.16 of the $30 needed.

Christy McCullough January 8, 2010 at 2:56 pm

Too late to get the coupons, but the math doesn’t work. I get #31.70 OOP after using all the coupons listed. With the RoC at $15 each a $3 coupon doesn’t do much good.

Liz January 8, 2010 at 2:59 pm

Hmm… I have 2 computers so I can get the Aveeno and Roc coupons, but I don’t see how to get 4 of the Lubriderm coupons (except for the lucky few that have 4 computers!). Any thoughts appreciated.

Mindy January 8, 2010 at 3:34 pm

The coupon in the diabetes book is for Curel Itch Defense lotion only.

amy January 8, 2010 at 3:43 pm

i just seen the ad for next week and alot of the listed lotions are b1g1half off. i’m still stumped at 8.85 out of pocket. but maybe there is another rr that is being tied in or something? not 100%sure, but i just know when i seen b1g1half it took alot of it off! curious to see exactly what is 1/2 off with purchase of 1! there’s alot of high dollar coupons that could really make a great sale!!

Simplify with Sybil January 8, 2010 at 3:53 pm

The rebate link takes me to coupons.com. Where can I find the rebate on that page?

Sue January 8, 2010 at 3:54 pm

I can’t find the $10 refund form. Is it one of the coupons at the link you have? It doesn’t come up for me.

Amanda Brackney January 8, 2010 at 3:54 pm

The math on this isn’t right unless I’m missing something.
By my calculations, your total out of pocket would be $13.34 which would make the final cost for everything $3.34 after rebate.

Claudia January 8, 2010 at 3:57 pm

Will this work eventhought our out of pocket won’t be $30? (which is the amount stated in the mail-in rebate form)
Thanks for posting this today!

Jessica January 8, 2010 at 3:58 pm

Question, on the coupons for L’Oreal ‘s makeup and lipstick, can I use them at another retailer other than Walgreen’s, or is this strictly for Walgreen’s deals?

MamaHa January 8, 2010 at 3:58 pm

I’ve always been able to print two coupons off of coupons.com but this time it only allowed one print for the Lubridern, Aveeno and Roc. Without having the second print, I won’t be doing this deal.

Tyree January 8, 2010 at 4:05 pm

the products are bogo 1/2 off look at Krazy Coupon Lady’s link it will explain how it totals to that. It should total that, but you do have to send for a rebate for it to be free.

born2worship January 8, 2010 at 4:06 pm

I was only able to print one of each also.

Stacey January 8, 2010 at 4:16 pm

chels, copying coupons is coupon fraud..and they can find you because the coupon has a code that is exclusive to your ip address.. just fyi

Pamela January 8, 2010 at 4:19 pm

the qs are still there… scroll down and click on the $30 savings” on the left side. you can only print 2/ computer for the lubriderm and 1 for the others (I think).

chels January 8, 2010 at 4:31 pm

ok, if you go to her site she explains that things are BYGO half off.

lucky January 8, 2010 at 5:09 pm

for those of you that couldnt print the coupon or rebate form these will be available in the sundays paper on 10th jan hope that helps

april January 8, 2010 at 5:16 pm

to those of you copying coupons..it is FRAUD, please do not copy the coupons from coupons.com

Jennifer Caldwell January 8, 2010 at 5:23 pm

Photocopying coupons is illegal. Just so you all know.

Becky@FamilyandFinances January 8, 2010 at 5:29 pm

I second the mention that the coupons will also be in Sunday’s paper!

Michelle January 8, 2010 at 5:37 pm

I never have any luck with Walgreens. When they had Lubriderm on sale a few weeks ago at 20% off, they pulled the ad off the “cheaper” bottles so you would have to buy the more expensive ones. Also, they wouldn’t let me stack the coupons so it really wasn’t a value to buy it there, they were cheaper at Wal-Mart. This has happened at more than one Walgreens. Does anyone else have this bad of luck?

Louise January 8, 2010 at 6:05 pm

Chels – copying and using as many as you want is illegal and can potentially get you in alot of trouble. It can also ruin it for everyone else. Stores and manufacturers will not want to distribute them if they are being misused and costing them money.

Chels January 8, 2010 at 7:17 pm

Really? Ugh, thx for the heads up Stacey!

Melissa January 8, 2010 at 10:35 pm

Chels, photocopying coupons is fraudulent and illegal. Each one has a unique code that can be linked to your IP address, so they can trace it back to your computer. If your stores catch on to the fact that you’re using fraudulent coupons, they will give you a much harder time about your coupons, and you probably won’t have a very good relationship with them. It also makes it harder on couponers in general because, as fraud increases, stores become more reluctant to take IP’s, and manufacturers will become more reluctant to issue them. So, PLEASE DON’T DO IT.

heather January 9, 2010 at 7:55 am

nwadeals.net has several scenarios for this Johnson rebate. The rebate form can be printed at coupons.com. Usually I can print 2 copies of each coupon, but on some of these it only allowed me to print one so I had to use 2 different computers. Walgreens has these items on sale next week for BOGO 50% off. The ROC exfoliating cleanser is 9.99/each so 14.98 for 2 after the discount. Again nwadeals.net has several of the product prices listed on her site. I just did the math for the above scenario and it worked out perfectly. Not sure where everyone is having the problem?

Ann January 9, 2010 at 9:44 am

Has anyone else had problems using the diabetes & you coupon book. My wags manager will not let me stack coupons with this book. The small print says “Manufacturer coupon” so he will only accept one coupon.

Kayla January 9, 2010 at 12:17 pm

I noticed another great deal for next week. I really hope this works out….In the ad there is a coupon for Preference haircolor 2/13.00 making them 6.50 ea. there is also a coupon for 3.00 off Preference in the Walgreens Jan savings book bringing them down to 3.50 and then stack with the 2.00 manufacturers coupon making them just $1.50 ea. That is an excellent price for this!
So do yall think I will be able to stack all 3 coupons?
I also saw that Betty Crocker frosting/cake mix will be 99
with in ad coupon …great time to stack with the manufacturer ones.

Emily January 9, 2010 at 12:19 pm

Does anyone know if the products bought for this rebate must all be from one transaction?

Cassie January 10, 2010 at 8:05 am

I also need to know if it needs to be on one transaction. I didn’t read that they had to be from at least 2 different brands and bought all Aveeno products, and now if I return them all, I can’t re-do it because I won’t have my coupons, so I would need to send in 2 separate receipts – do you think this is OK?

Emily January 10, 2010 at 2:27 pm

These coupons were NOT in my Sunday paper today (central OH). Hope some of you got them!

Sandy January 12, 2010 at 8:30 am

I can’t find the coupon in the diabetes & you book. I have the fall & winter book. What coupon do i use?? please help

amy January 14, 2010 at 8:24 pm

Look for the Holiday 2009/Winter 2010 diabetes & you book. It’s actually a smaller coupon book stapled around the bigger book.
