I was able to put in all my info so It worked for me!
I was able to get the $5 gift card. I had to join in order to get to the become a fan button. Then a form came up and a confirmation that the $5 gift card would be coming via email.
I did this around 6:45 cst and still no email I wonder how long it takes?
I guess I was lucky because it went through the first time.
It will appear as though the page is loading FOREVER…but just click on the “become a fan” link and after you become a fan it will take you to the form to fill out to get the free git card! At least that is how it worked for me!

The 1st time I tried I became a fan and the rest wouldn’t down load. I got out of the site and went back in and the page to fill out my info for the gift card came up.
