If you live in a state where there is a Sprouts store(unrelated), then they generally have them at the registers there too :)

If you live in San Diego, Henry’s has a huge stack of these next to the ads inside the front door.

They used to have these at the Whole Foods I shop at, but I never see them anymore. I have repeatedly signed up to get mailed a book but have never gotten one.. :( (
