The through feburary deals are not listed, as I understand, in most places (except occasionally on the reciept), but if you go through the store, often it says it on the bottle. I don't know where to find the 3 deals per transaction and 6 total limit, but I'm not surprised CVS has it. At least in my CVS, the soy joy bars listed $6-$6=FREE on the boxes they were in and made a whole show of it (I suppose hoping people wouldn't know about the limit or that people would come back/not all use it.. since they are overpriced by a lot).. the Oust was super hard to find but it said $3 in Extra Care Bucks given back each on a label on the bottle and it did come through. I couldn't find reusable bags anywhere in the store. I asked the cashier and he had 2 resuable bags behind the counter. They are white and say "CVS Pharmacy" on them. They rang up at 99 cents each.
