Every time I try to use seehere.com I get to a certain point in the “creation” process and all of my Internet Explorer windows close. Curious if anyone else has had this problem.

I’ve been trying to order a travel coffee mug from them with the 30% discount. However, I’m having a lot of problems with their software and the way it is putting in the picture. I’ve even emailed them a screen shot of the problem. Their customer service didn’t help the first time, and now they aren’t responding.

They had the best price and the nicest mug, but I didn’t want to use them because they couldn’t help me.

Just thought I’d pass that along.

I ordered my Christmas cards on 11/30 and a mug on 12/7. Both of my items are listed as “error” under status. I’ve sent 3 emails (there is no phone number) and finally got a response last night-after over a week.

The response what that they aren’t sure what happened, but that the orders never transmitted to them. I have email confirmations of both orders that were generated by their site. No mention of looking further into the issue was made. They pretty much responded with “something went wrong, we don’t know what it is, and we’re not going to say that we’re looking into it or that we intend on fixing it”.

I at least got a phone number this time, but the person was “gone for the day” at 11am today. They could patch me through to voicemail, but couldn’t promise a response. I’m hoping I get these at all, and would caution everyone to not depend on these gifts and to follow your order status carefully to make sure you don’t have the same issues!
