I looked in-store and thru the weekly circular and December rebate fliers and am pretty sure the $15 coupon is a regional thing (I'm in PA). You have to actually watch different commercials in order to gain credits to qualify you for the coupon. After receiving 20 credits you can print the $5/20 coupon. The website should direct you accordingly... I didn't have any problems, but unfortunately I wasted time and ink because now I won't be getting the Whitestrips anyway due to the missing yellow flier.
