I would have planned out my purchase better if I'd known I was getting two mascaras free plus a dollar over. Like at least one commenter said, this seems to be a money maker in Ohio. I grabbed two more candies and had to pay 3 cents - and just when I was in desperate need for mascara! I also had great success with the Almay deal!
