By the time the errors resolve, the offers are over. I’ve been very disappointed with the program, and I think a number of First Taste members have been as well.

I emailed Kraft and asked why they send the email in the first place and that it was a waste of time.

Before I clicked on it, I went to My Offers where there was an offer to get a coupon in the mail for either a free Mousse Temptations or the coffee, so I clicked that. Afterward, the coupon offer under My Activities was no longer there.

23 Jennifer November 18, 2009 at 12:12 am: I had the lattes coupon but not the pudding coupon so I sent them an email. I hope that they will send me the offer because my husband just told me he wanted to try this stuff today so it would be great to get it for free (or close to).
