i tried it and i was not eligible but i changed the year of my birthday and it worked. i i made it so i was born on 77 instead of 85 lol

same here. the page was in spanish and when i entered my info (telephone number for a lotion sample!?!?) it said i was ineligible (in spanish, of course).
