You have to have a Kroger card membership to get the sample in Ohio.

I clicked on the California link and it is asking me for a “Ralph’s” rewards card…
I live in northern california and we don’t have a “Ralphs”…
kim, I live in Southern California, but the rewards card was optional. I didn’t fill it out (I don’t have one), and it said it went through. =)
