I added 10 birthdays and an anniversary and it still says I have 0 points. Did I miss something?

blythe November 5, 2009 at 4:56 pm

Just signed up for my 10 events, thanks so much! Do you know how long it takes for the points to show up in your account? My friend just had a baby and I’d love to send her some flowers!

Is there an expiration date on the savings pass?

Bethany Davis November 5, 2009 at 5:20 pm

I added my 10 and it also isn’t showing any points or email with a code. I do want to send flowers for a birthday and tried but it still said I owed the full amount. Anyone able to get this deal?

Thank You, I was wondering also, how long it takes for the points to go into my account.

Stephanie Frahm November 5, 2009 at 5:35 pm

If you look at what she wrote, it says within 2 WEEKS. It’s not automatic……….

† Offer expires 11/30/09 and you must be enrolled in Fresh Rewards when you sign up for the Gift Reminders. This offer does not apply to existing Gift Reminders. You will receive 40 Fresh Rewards points per qualified reminder. Limit 400 points per member. All Fresh Rewards passes are sent via email during the first week of the month after which the pass is earned.

Christina November 5, 2009 at 5:37 pm

The points take 10-12 days to be updated in your account. And the gift cards will be sent out the first week of December.

Pamela November 5, 2009 at 5:41 pm

I haven’t tried it yet, but Crystal’s post says that within 2 weeks you’ll receive the email to get the $40 savings pass. So maybe it takes that long to see it in your account. Just a thought!

Lea November 5, 2009 at 5:45 pm

I read that it takes 48 hours for the points to post to your account. Also, the savings pass is available in the first ten days of the month AFTER you’ve earned the points… Which means it will be available in time for Christmas! Great free gift for Grandma! :)

It says on the Fresh Rewards FAQ section that it usually takes around 48 hours for points to update to your account, and that if they haven’t by then you can contact them by the provided number. Hope that helps! :)

I added the 10 reminders, and still 0 points?????

Jen November 5, 2009 at 6:15 pm

Oh – I hope I get the savings pass in time for thanksgiving. I would love to send my parents flowers since I won’t get to see them this year!

It would be nice to get the $40 savings pass. Flowers are expensive! I do have a love hate relationship with 1800flowers. I tried to send flowers to MIL last Mothers Day and I got a call the day after they were supposed to be delivered saying they couldn’t find anyone to deliver them! So, they ended up delivering them 2 days after Mothers Day and sent me a $20 gift cert to use for my next order. If I can combine the $40 saving pass with my $20 gift cert I could probably get some free flowers. Otherwise I wouldn’t be ordering from them again.

This deal just gets better! Looking at the site, it looks like by earning 400 points, we will be automatically “upgraded” to become a fresh rewards PLUS member…

“* Automatic membership upgrade when you reach 300 points
* Access to Free Shipping/No service charge collection
* Exclusive Plus 10% off collection
* All the benefits of membership plus much more”

Sounds like our points will let us choose from a FREE shipping and NO SERVICE charge collection!!! That is exciting to me :) So the flowers we get with the $40 might be FREE shipping too! YAY!

Thank You, I should of read it slower! When ever it comes, it’d be a nice suprise!!

Frugal.Homemaker.Plus November 6, 2009 at 8:32 am

Thanks for the heads up! I’m so excited for things like this- we’re spending as little as possible for Christmas, but we still want to send awesome gifts! :)

angie November 6, 2009 at 9:10 am

Alicia November 12, 2009 at 8:52 am

OK – I guess I’ll give them till the first week in December – Guess I’ll send Christmas flowers:)

Amy November 19, 2009 at 9:04 am

Money Saving Mom- where did you receive the original information regarding the 2 weeks wait time for your savings pass? Was it from the company? Now they are seemingly set on not releasing the savings passes until the beginning of December. thanks
