Maybe somebody here can help me. I printed off the 20% off coupon earlier this month and tried to use it at a local store and they told me I couldn’t unless I had something called a Perks (sp?) card. The woman told me they don’t offer the cards and they’re sent out randomly by the main company. I was really annoyed because the small print said nothing about that.

I got 7 navy polos in size 4T for my little one for NEXT FALL’s school uniform for PreK 4 class at our local public school. For less than $4 apiece. (They have white ones on there too, school uniform hunters, and in sizes up to big kid’s 12-14)

I work at TCP and always remind people to sign up for the birthday club at TCP..this can score you a 15% coupon via e-mail when your kids have their birthdays, and YOU get a coupon on YOUR birthday….how great is that. Also make sure that you sign up for the e-mail communications so that way you can get the latest on sales and promotions!!

We used the 20% instore coupon- I’ve found the prices are even lower in the stores on clearance items. For my 2 year old daughter, we bought 1 pair of jeans, 1 pair of pants, one zip up hooded sweater, a Halloween shirt, and an infant shirt for our to be born, all for $19

Also, I’ve found their stuff to be pretty nice quality, I’ve consigned almost all of my son and daugthers outgrown children’s place clothes, some for the same price I paid for them on sale!!

They have an extra 50% off all clearance in store only right now. I went yesterday. They didn’t have a ton of stuff (I was hoping to stock up for next summer), but they did have some cute winter things already on clearance. I found a really cute green coruroy (sp???) skirt that I am going to pair with a hartstrings x-mas sweater for my daughters x-mas pics. The skirt was only $4! Pretty good, since winter just started!!

The Children’s place has also started a rewards program. You get 1 point for every $1 spent. For every 75 points, you get a $10 reward in the mail. AND just for signing up you get 20 points.

I love Children’s place!!! They have great sales and like you said you can use the coupons on the clearance. I usually shop at the store, but they clearance their clothes quickly and their jeans are great! They regularly have sales for an extra % off the sale price and most of the store is on sale when they do it, plus you use your coupon. Another reason I like them is because they have a wide range of sizes in the same style so I can pick out special dresses for all my girls (currently 3 with another on the way) in the same style so they match for pictures or holidays.

Okay, so I have a question on this…..do you pay out of pocket and then have a rebate to use next time? Like buying the 3 boxes of paper….do you pay $50?
