Beth October 30, 2009 at 10:40 pm: Earlier this week, I began my own 30-day challenge. A small daily prayer for greater understanding of my purpose. “Lord, show me why you made me a woman.” I cannot think of a better complement to this prayer than service. Thank you for the inspiration to do both!

After we placed our order, an older couple stepped up to me and asked if it would be okay for them to pay for our dinner! This random act of kindness made my day and inspires me to do more.
AMY November 1, 2009 at 12:57 am: Giving is so easy. It comes natural to so many and we can all learn. Give your time, email a coupon to a friend, give extra produce, give a free item to a food bank….giving can be simple.
