They can't deny use of internet coupons. Print out a copy and carry it with you, or better yet, if it's during business hours, call the 1-800# and ask them to call the store while you are there and properly train them so you won't have anymore problems. Also, my riteaid wouldn't take any of my internet coupons (unless it comes from riteaid.com)! So my total didn't come up to anything high enough to use one of those anyways. At least that's what I remember from printing others in the past. I found a $5/$25 coupon which doesn't help me.
