Sure enough, I logged in and there it was under "available rewards" - where previously there'd been nothing. So give them a shout! Ok – those of you who signed up for the Rewards program and didn’t get the $10 reward certificate for signing up – I emailed JCP about it and said, “hey, where’s my $10 reward for signing up?” and they emailed me back saying they posted one to my account.
