First attempt the Server was too busy. Then, when i reentered my e-mail it said e-mail address already in use.

Yes, weird…I don’t know where they got my information, but it was half-way filled out when I tried to log in (even though I’ve never registered before)

told me the same thing so apparently I had signed up for a sample before. when I used my password it got me right in.

I didn’t have any problem signing up…at first it told me server was too busy, but I just refreshed the page. unfortunately, it is required that you sign up for their updates and information…otherwise they won’t send you the freebie. Oh well.
