I also could not qualify for this offer although I tried checking every different level of acne in various attempts! I have bought their other products many times in the past. As a regular customer, I certainly wish they would work out whatever the problem is.

I did get my sample quite promptly the last time I applied for it. Maybe they were targeting specific areas of the US they wanted to send it to… maybe an area where it’s not sold as much?

I received a small sample of the targeted acne treatment a few weeks ago, and had my 13-year-old son try it on his forehead-and he cleared up in just a few days! The harsher products (Oxy, etc.) didn’t work for him, but this did! I already grabbed a full size for him. Now, if I could just get ahold of some good coupons!! Get this sample if you have teenagers!

This is an annoying offer page. Has anyone ever gotten a sample? I tried several times last time it was offered (maybe a couple months ago) and now. It always says you didn’t qualify even though I tried checking each different box to see which one qualifies. Then I actually used the contact form. But they sent me some form letter response which didn’t really answer my question. So I give up, but I am curious if others have gotten the sample? Maybe it just says that when they’re all gone?

I got to try other products in this line as a part of BzzAgent.com & really liked them. I never thought about all the chemicals in facial moisturizers and acne medication, but it makes sense to want natural ingredients soaking into your skin instead of chemicals you can’t pronounce!

At any rate, there a lot of free samples floating around for this & at least one of those sites has a sweepstakes attached to it as well! Love Burt’s Bees.
