Is this for kids only or could adults use it as well? Sounds like a good date idea.

Thanks for sharing! This will be a great free outing for me and the girls on Saturday!

I received an e-mail from B and N yesterday and already have this coupon printed out to use on Saturday. DD has a gift card to use so this will make for a SUPER outing.

Thank you so much! My mom, my son, and I will be going there Saturday!

So, if I have 3 kids can I use it for all 3 of them. I’m not sure on the wording…

I called to verify that my B&N would take this coupon, and the girl in the cafe said that they would only take it if you can prove that your a B&N club member, which you have to pay for. I am not a member, so she said that they would not honor my coupons. I don’t know if it’s that way with all of them, but my local one said this. Just thought I’d give everyone a heads up.

I agree with Jeanette… Earlier in the year when a free beverage coupon was posted, I printed it out and took it to the store. When I handed it to the girl, she said you needed to be amember to use the coupon, ans it was only e-mailed to members. I showed her that it didn’t state that anywhere on the coupon (or I wouldn’t have been trying to use it), and she said she’d let it go this one time (after getting it aproved by a manager). The membership is like $20 a year. Unless you are going to do a lot of shopping there, I don’t think it’s worth it. Especially since a Borders rewards card is free, and they give out a lot of freebies throughout the year!

Already a B&N member. Looking forward to this freebie! Will have to go in the evening, 85 during the day! A little warm for HOT chocolate. By the way if anyone does not have a B&N membership ask around to friends and family all you will need is their phone number.

In Chattanooga, TN, they said you have to be a member — would be nice if the coupons said so!

We went today after we had left the circus and they didn’t want to honor any of them except one. The guy said it is only one per membership card even though it doesn’t state that. (we had a total of 6 people)
He called the manager and just as I was saying I would take my business elsewhere, they said they would allow it.
I remember going to Borders when they had the free drink coupons and they told me I should have brought extras in for my kids. I would much rather go to a place that is friendly to use coupons they put out themselves.
