Wondering what coupons will be in tomorrow's newspaper inserts? Head over to the Sunday Coupon Preview to get the full scoop on all the coupons which should be in the three coupon inserts coming out tomorrow.

I'm excited about the P&G insert because for each coupon redeemed from the October insert, P&G will make a $0.02 donation to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. It's a simple way that we can make a little difference–just by using coupons!

If you're new to using coupons and are looking for help getting started, be sure to check out my podcasts here and here.

Just a comment about your next bulk purchase. I just fell upon this website http://www.harmonyhousefoods.com/ and have tried to incorporate it into our menu. You must check it out. I purchased the bean pantry stuffer and have LOVED it! Using dehydrated foods is a new concept for me, but I’m making chili and various soups for pennies – so exciting with fall upon us. I confess I have since purchased the family size bean group. These foods keep up to 24 months! I also buy oats in bulk from breadbeckers.com.
