I had no trouble at all downloading this . My zip is 92869 and actually I can’t see why area would make a difference. I didn’t enter my zip or any other info for that matter. Try again !

Yummm! I’ve got my eye on the TGIF’s spinach and artichoke dip recipe. Seems very simple to make and a yummy treat! Take that $8 appetizer cost.
