Once you’re registered with the Quick Trip e-mail list, you’ll get a new free item coupon at the beginning of each month. They do ask you to complete a VERY short multiple-choice survey.
Race Trac gas stations (www.racetrac.com) has a similar program.

I’ve done this for both my husband and I for over a year now, using our two email addys, and give the coupons to him to use for lunches while at work (he’s a contractor). We’ve gotten free sandwiches, free breakfast stuff; it’s awesome!
