The Nexxus combs and brushes start at my store at $4.99 – 6.99 and are ringing up regular price, which with the coupon and ECBs are still not a bad deal. :)

Southern CA has a different ad, with some other great deals….
Milk @2.29 with $1 ECB
Sara Lee Bread $2 with $2 ECB
Aussie or Herbal Essence Hair Care $2.99 with $2.99 ECB

Pretty cool!

There is a Bic Soleil $3.00 coupon in the paper today that makes that deal a little sweeter.

Has anyone had success with the $3.00 Nexxus Hair Care Product coupon and purchasing the hair brushes? I was told that it had to be on the shampoo or conditioner. Was really looking forward to getting some nice brushes for CHEAP.

there were available(not sure if still are) $3 coupons for Colgate that were off a toothbrush and toothpaste and at CVS you can get the Wave toothbrush($2.99) that is B1G1 and some toothpastes that are B1G1 at least 5.8oz or larger on sale for 2.99 plus b1g1….so all 4 items are free after coupons and sale! i did it this morning, it worked great :)

Yes, it looks like CVS is mixing things up on us. The second transaction in my primer is for So Cal only. After starving us in May, they’re spoiling us now.

I ended up getting my Huggies for $1 a pack using the $5/$25! I also used $3/1 Pure & Natural coupons — they work on all diapers and don’t beep.

I don’t wear foundation, but what a great way to pick up a donation to a women’s or homeless shelter for free (plus earn more ECB than you spend on it)!

14 Rachel August 10, 2009 at 12:16 am

yep Southern Ca, we have lots more free after EBC than just the makeup. we also have the sara lee bread, the king size hershey bar, and the aussie hair product. there is also 99 cent after ECB for playtex tampons and revlon hair color.

My CVS near Pittsburgh, PA has specially marked snickers, peanut M&M’s, and regular M&M’s clearanced at .09 for a full size candy bar!

16 Rachel August 10, 2009 at 9:05 pm

I found out today that my CVS is no longer taking printed coupons unless they are from the CVS website. They said they’ve been having a lot of problems with fraud at the store by my house, but that other stores will still take them. I’m not sure if they actually know anything about the corporate level, but they said a lot of stores are going to go to this policy. Has anyone else had this problem or heard about this?

17 Kelly Heath August 10, 2009 at 10:20 pm
