Did I miss something? Don’t you need to buy TWO of the products to get the free sample case?

Nancy August 16, 2009 at 1:30 pm

I’m not sure, but I don’t think that the L’Oreal Cleanser/Towelettes qualify for the free cosmetic bag full of goodies rebate.

Beth August 16, 2009 at 2:11 pm

I used one of the 5/25 coupons last week on my order. Went in and did survey again, coupon printed with no problem, but they wouldn’t let me use one this week on my order. Said I already used one. Anyone else have this problem?

Kerri August 16, 2009 at 2:55 pm

Thanks for figuring out the details for the L’oreal scenario! Quick question: in order to qualify for the Self magazine/CVS makeup bag promo, would you have to do the scenario you mentioned twice? The fine print says you have to buy two participating products and I can’t find anywhere that says the L’oreal Cleanser is included as a participating product…? Would be awesome if it is!
Thanks!

The purex that the coupon is good for is priced at $8.99 at my store – still buy 1 get 1 free, but the final price after 2 coupons is 6.99 for 2. I wish it had been the $5.99 that would have been a great deal.

Molly August 16, 2009 at 7:20 pm

I can’t get the Revitalift coupon to print, anyone else having this problem?

Heather August 16, 2009 at 8:43 pm

What Revlon products are $1.99? I could not find anything less than $3.

Blaire Ruch August 16, 2009 at 11:03 pm

CVS Tampons 10 count $1.89 – $1.89 eb = free!
Limit = 1

One of the shift supervisors told me about it tonight when I checked out. :)

There is a Purex coupon for $.35/1 in the 8/16 RP or SS (Can’t remember which one) but if you get the paper you can look there and get an additional coupon.

Nicole August 17, 2009 at 9:19 am

I’m going to check on this again, but when I went into our CVS, the Johnson and Johnson kits were priced at 7.99!!!

Jenn August 17, 2009 at 10:01 am

I also could not find any Revlon products marked at 1.99 the lowest I found was 2.99 for a few of the beauty tools. Anyone have any luck?

Katy August 17, 2009 at 10:09 am

Nicole,

Go to the trial-sized bins and look for the small first aid kits hanging above, marked $0.99 each. The cashier will have to adjust the coupon amount down, but you shouldn’t have a problem buying two and getting the $2 ECB. (I did it yesterday.)

Hope this helps!

I had gone into CVS for 2 items the purex but the purex on sale at CVS is NOT the same as what printed out on my computer coupon? It is for the 3 in 1 purex, and the Purex on sale for BOGO free is just the regular detergent NOT the 3 in 1 like on coupon, I asked for the Philips ear hook for full rebate and they said it was not there and NO REBATE for it this week? Very confused….

I was also wondering how the L’oreal scenerio qualifies for the bag of goodies. Does anyone know for sure?

susan August 17, 2009 at 3:54 pm

Where are these first aid kits in the store ? Couldn’t find them!

Michelle August 17, 2009 at 4:57 pm

Weird…I went to the coupon printer at CVS and got a $7 off of $49. Never seen that before.

As far as my deals go, I got the Charmin 20 pk, 1 gallon of milk and Xtra detergent for $14.29 OOP. Used a $5/$15 and got $6.99 in ECB’s. I just moved so I didn’t have any other coupons to use but over all not bad for things I certainly needed!

Beth August 17, 2009 at 6:14 pm

I’m here in central pa and the 3 in 1 purex were on sale at our store. I stocked up. Was just upset that It wouldn’t let me use a second 5/25 coupon on my order. It printed fine, just wouldn’t scan.

Amanda August 19, 2009 at 1:18 pm

My store had sample size of Arm and Hammer whitening toothpaste for .01 at the front of the store!
