The Pilot G2 Gel Pens 2-pack at $1 didn't print a register reward. She called a manager and he gave me a $1.10 refund ($1 plus tax). My trip was made primarily to buy a new John Freida shampoo & conditioner - I was happy to find they were buy one, 10% off second. I aslo picked up tube of John Freida shampoo on clearance for $2. When I took these to the cosmetics counter to check out, the lady there whipped out a huge coupon folder (apparently they clip them from left over Sunday inserts to use for customers) and pulled out three $1 off coupons for my shampoo/conditioner. I was very impressed. This is a Walgreens that is a little out of the way for me, but, I'll definitely try to get there agin.
