Walgreens: 15% off coupon (good July 31, 2009 only!)

Walgreens just released an excellent coupon here which is good for 15% off all eligible items in-store or 20% off all Walgreens-brand items tomorrow (Friday, July 31, 2009).

The last time they released a coupon of this nature, it was good off your entire purchase so paired with the sales this week, it could make for some very sweet deals!

Rachael July 30, 2009 at 8:51 am: The wording on the coupon looks like it’s only good on photos and cosmetics. Can it be used for other items like toiletries, greeting cards, etc.?

It’s good on everything but alcohol, tobacco, etc. They ask that you use it/check out in photo or cosmetics because those are the registers that have the employee discount buttons.

The only thing to watch out for is that you don;t go too late because a lot of the stores will shut down those registers 2-3 hours before the store closes.
Heather July 30, 2009 at 8:46 pm: As an employee of walgreens, it’s for everything besides, cigs, dairy, Rx, and such. BUT you must go to Cosmetics or Photo to check out, because we are using our employee button key, so don’t go up to front check out and then tell the cashier, they will have to void your order and send you elsewhere. Just sayin’ The last time we did this for Earth Day we had so many post void’s even though it says on the coupon where to go.
