I hate to say but all my son got this year was a coupon for $5/ $25 purchase. He will probably use his birthday money to get something but it is not as nice of an offer.

My DS just got his in the mail (August bday) and he not only got the $3 bday money but he also got a coupon for a free Thomas Train (up to $12.99!!)

My son (3) also got the $3 bday money and Thomas Train! Awesome!

Each of my five kids gets this each year. They usually also send a $5/$25 Q a few weeks before, so combined with a sale is a good deal. ToysRUs also has a new rewards program that is supposed to generate more mailed and emailed Qs.

My one son got his $3 card this year but the other got a $5/$25 coupon in a birthday card (in addition to the one that they send with the planning guide) so I think it’s randomn on what you get.

You might have to re register every year? My kids both received the $3 coupon the first year, but last year they got nothing! Not even a card! I am going to register again and hope for the best this December!

I am trying to type in my zipcode but the space is only 4 characters long. It won’t let me go any farther without inputting a valid zip. Anyone else having this issue?

Nevermind – helps if I put it in the correct field, not the following 4 digit field. Its definitely a Monday!

I’ve only ever gotten a $5/$25 too. Maybe I’ll try reregistering and see what happens.

My DS (August bday) got the $3 coupon along with a free Thomas coupon. We also received the $5 off $25 a few weeks ago.

All three of my kids are signed up and they have always gotten both the $3 and the 5 off 25 every year. I have never signed them up more than once.

Does the $3 only apply to toys? Does it only work at Toys R Us or will it work at Babies R Us as well? We have both here in town.

Do you have to register your spouse if you have more than 5 children?

I got the $3 off $3 coupon. Kind of nice… I will definitely use that. Would have loved the train though!
:)

If you’ve only gotten the $5/$25 keep a look out because we also go that first, a few weeks ago with the bday planning guide. THe coupon came later.
