Go here to print a coupon for $5 off entrees at T.G.I. Friday's good through August 31, 2009.
The coupon wording is a bit ambiguous so I'm not entirely sure how it will ring up. It appears like they will take off $5 per person at the table–up to 10 people per table/party. However, it could also be read that they will take off $5 per person, not including yourself.
If you use this coupon, let us know how the discount is rung up. If it is truly $5 off per person, I know where my husband and I will be going on our next date!
And don't forget to sign up for the "Give Me More Stripes" program here. You'll get a coupon for a free appetizer or dessert when you join. I'm not sure if both coupons can be used in conjunction with one another, but it's worth asking about.
Thanks, Cha-Ching on a Shoestring!

It is only for your buddy. So, you will pay regular price for your entree and you will get $5 off your buddy’s entree. If you brought 2 buddies, you would pay full price and get $5 off both of their entrees. Hope that helps!
Two people would get $5 off their bill. Three people would get $10 off, etc.
The “fine print” stipulates that the “Discount applies to item of equal or lesser value”. It also excluded desserts, appetizers, and kids meals.
The free appetizer or desset coupon for signing up for the stripes club says you cannot use it with any other discount or offer. I would assume that you cannot use it with the $5 coupons or the BOGO coupon that is out for stripes members. Depending on what you order the BOGO deal could be better than the $5 deal.
My husband and I are regulars at Friday’s because we found an AWESOME server. She asked her manager about using two coupons. This is what we were told:: You may use a BOGO coupon, or the $5 Buddy coupon, ALONG WITH a Stripes Club coupon (like for a free appetizer or dessert) but you CANNOT use the BOGO coupon and $5 Buddy coupon together.
I used it today for a group of 8 of us who went out to lunch and everyone (except me!) got $5 off of their meal, so people ended up paying just a few dollars for lunch. Great deal! (Maybe your friends will chip in to help cover yours…)
The BOGO deal (which is good for another week!) is better if you’re just going with 2 people, but for a large group, this is definitely the better deal.
Like Jordan, we LOVE Friday’s, and it’s made eating out – which our family loves to do – more affordable!
Thanks, Crystal!
We had $5 credit for mine and each of my buddies (3 other people in my party) taken off of our bill. This coupon states that it is for use on entree’s only and is not applicable on appetizers, desserts or children’s items. It also states that it is good for up to 10 people in your party. It worked perfectly for our party!
