Hi, I’m confused about the Neutrogena $2 rebate. When I read the SCR details for Neutrogena, the $2 “Bonus” rebate only works after you’ve already bought two skin care items (and qualified for the $3 rebate for that). THEN when you buy one cosmetic item on top of those first two skin items, you qualify for another $2. So just going in and using the $3/1 coupon on one cosmetic item that’s on sale won’t get you any rebate, will it? Or am I totally not understanding the wording (which is very possible since I’m new to all this)? Any help would be appreciated
I was in Rite Aid this morning…. I used the 10 photo prints for $0.99 coupon, and then used my Rite Aid card on top of that to save an additional 10% off of the original price. Including sales tax, my whopping total was $0.76 for ten photos.
If you have a Rite Aid card you can take 10% off of any non-sale item every Tuesday, and on the 1st Tuesday of each month you take 20% off. I didn’t know that until today!
Just popped in today to pick up my free Huggies, using the voucher I got from last month’s Huggies deal and noticed that Renpure organic shampoos & conditioners sitting on an endcap with Try Me Free hang tags around the necks! That’s $7 shampoo – for FREE! Happy day! Only a few of them had them, and the rest had $3 off MIR tags instead, but keep an eye out for some free shampoo or conditioner!
Fairy Dust, I called the SCR customer service number to verify, and you are right. The Neutrogena cosmetic purchase does not qualify for $2 rebate unless you buy the skin care items. This is because the cosmetic rebate is a “bonus” offer. I think the Neutrogena CVS deal this week is better (BOGO) – the foundation I want is the same price at both stores. And some people use 2 coupons with BOGO deals at CVS to further discount the price.
my store had a bunch of Loreal cosmetics on clearance today (75% off). I had a coupon for $1 off (not sure which date, but def either SS or RP)..so got my mascara for $1.12. Shame about the neutrogena…I bought it before Shari’s post! still, $4.79 for foundation isn’t too shabby…
