She said the Smooth Infusion line was new and nothing from the line had been shipped to their store. Maybe it's worth calling ahead of time to see if your store has it in stock yet. She told me I could check back in a few weeks and she'd be happy to honor the coupon. They did have the Hand Relief cream so I got that (pretty small!!).
