Edit: After I posted this, the site started getting hammered and it is now running incredibly slow. It also appears they have raised some of their prices and it's possible that they are no longer allowing the gift card to pay for the shipping costs as well. I am not completely sure on that, though, so if you are able to get through to try and place an order, let us know what your experience is.

I started the process last night but because it was so slow I waited till today to order. I had already received the gift card number so I ordered $11 nail polish and it covered the shipping as well.
I tried and tried last night and gave up b/c the site was so SLOW and kept crashing. But this morning I got right in and ordered a cute little Peony candle and paid about $1.95 for it (I believe it was $15 + $6.95 shipping). Thanks!!
Thanks so much for this post, but I also had major problems last night — slow loading, etc. and the gift number would not work — no checkmark.
I tried again today and no luck even after changing the item to purchase. I have left a message for customer service since they are now closed and will be back Monday.

The gift card is working for shipping, but they have raised the cost of shipping. It was $5.95 and now it is $7.95.
I had trouble yesterday BUT after reading your update, went in to try it again and it worked FAST! They HAD raised the prices BUT the 2 items that I had put in my cart yesterday were STILL THERE and at the lower price! They only problem was that they had also raised the shipping by $1 to 6.95 instead of $5.95 so this brought my total to over $20. It was $20.90 so since I was paying by Paypal I let it go through as a .90 charge. Still an AWESOME deal and ALMOST FREE!

Don’t forget to use Ebates for 10% back! I went through Ebates for the 10%, using Skin Botanica. It’s kind of tricky going through Pay Pal. It wouldn’t take the gift certificate so I continued along and at the last page just before finalize, I was able to apply the certificate at the top of the page. It did ask if I wanted to apply the certificate towards shipping and just like that, 0 cost to me and I’ve got a fabulous lotion as a Christmas gift for someone!
I ordered two of the bath soaps and had no problems at all ordering. This was before they raised their prices on anything!! I’m glad now I did it right away.

I just ordered but they have stopped the promotion so anyone that already wrote down their gift card number is fine and they will honor it but if you haven’t already received your gift card number, you will only receive a code for 20% off your total purchase.

Got my order today!! what quick service. I got The Blam voyage luxury travel makeup set which is uber cute with 3 little lip products inside this really cute magnitized box! I opened up the box to take a look but the mirror is shattered. I called them up and they are sending me another one right away!! I also got a sample in the box of Decleor tonifyiing lotion. With shipping and all I paid $1.60! This will make a great gift for my daughter for her bday! thanks for this great almost freebie!
I emailed the company regarding not getting my 2nd email with the code for the free $20 e-gift card. I told them that I had tried all day and that I had not received it. They asked me to email the first email I received from them. Today I finally got the email with my free $20 e-gift card code and used it to get a Kathleen Lewis lip balm. It covered the cost of the product and shipping. Can’t wait to get this in the mail! Thanks for sharing this great deal and I’m glad I was still able to get in on their products!
