The Target here in Florida has buy 5 Breyers Ice Cream get a $5 Target gift card, and if you can snag some $.75 off coupons (at the store) this turns out to be a very good deal!

I tried to print the lipton bags coupon and it said I already had even though I hadn’t because I don’t normally buy lipton bags. Has anyone else had that problem? I wanted to participate in that deal and give the stuff to a food bank. Too bad.

Vicky June 22, 2009 at 1:04 pm

Heidi – I had the same problem with the Lipton tea bags.

This past week I tried getting some of the trial size items (free after coupons) and the store I went to wouldn’t let me get any of them. They said I can’t use the coupons (even manufacturer coupons) that would make an item free. The coupons didn’t say they excluded trial sizes. Has anyone else had this problem with Target? Would it just be the cashier or the store? Needless to say, I was very frustrated when I left there!

Hi! Crystal, Just a little note to let you know I went to target yesterday to pick up some of the lipton iced tea mix and on top of the wild raspberry tea cannisters were coupons for .55 cents off now. I thought you and your readers might like to know. Thanks for being a blessing. Elizabeth

I am also frustrated and confused by my local Target. I was also told that I could not use a coupon on a trial-sized item (even though it was not excluded on the coupon). And, today, they told me that I could not use coupons AT ALL when earning a gift card–even though the items that I was trying to purchase were the two SoftSoaps in which you earn a $5.00 gift card and the coupons that I was trying to use were TARGET coupons off of their website. Wouldn’t they want their customers to use the coupons to purchase the SoftSoap? They lost a sale and are about to lose a customer if they refuse to accept coupons (even TARGET coupons).

Lauren June 22, 2009 at 2:35 pm

Chyra–Target is supposed to give you these items for free. I had this problem a couple times, so I called their corporate. You can actually do it in the store, there’s a white phone near the front. They are SUPER nice and will fix the problem asap. I just keep Target’s coupon policy w/ me, so if I need to show it to them, I have it on hand. When I called corporate, they e-mailed the policy to me. Hope that helps!! I have also left very frustrated, so i can empathize.

I had the same problem with the Lipton coupon website. It said I had already printed it when I hadn’t. DRAT!!

Anyone else having issues with the crystal light coupons, they are for the canisters and the store wont let me use them for the go packs, which is unfortunate because my Target has them on clearance! Alos, while I have you ladies:) anyone else able to use bogo Q on a bogo sale? This never works for me and I get caught, or treated like I got caught doing something wrong. Just curious if it is working for anyone.

I have also been having a difficult time with target. the cashier recently called a manager over when she saw i was holding a stack of coupons, apparently this is there policy to have a manager oversee transactions “like this” to make sure i wasnt up to any funny business. the manager called into question each coupon comparing it to each item in the cart, tried to tell me that I couldnt use the $1 coupons on trial sizes (even though the coupons did not specify) and tried to tell me that I couldnt stack my manufacturers coupons with my target web coupons (which by the way she had never seen a target web coupon and kept asking me if they were “copies”. I honestly felt like i was being treated like a criminal who was trying to cheat target when i was just following the rules and trying to save money. the whole thing took an extra 10 minutes which the people in line behind me did not appreciate and im sure they thought it was my fault. i ended up having to put back items , bought a lot less, saved a lot less.

SO So So excited about my Target trip! I bought 2 of the Crystal Light 3 packs, 2 jars of Pace Queso dip, 4 Eggo bake Shop muffin tops and 1 Twix candy bar. I paid 56 cents!!!! I used a free coupon for the Twix, $2 MFG Q for each Pace and a .50 Target for each, a $1 MFG for each Eggo, a $1 MFG for each Crystal Light and a $1 Target for purchasing any 2 Crystal Light that I got in a mailer. I made my daughter throw her magazine on my order so it looked like I actually paid something! Not a paper towel in this house, but we have frozen waffles! Hehehe!

Just wanted to tell you of another deal… Target has those Gillette Fusion and Schick Quattro gift packs on sale for 7.99 and you can use your 4 dollar coupon and get these for 3.99! Some include body wash and sunscreen. It’s a GREAT buy!

Aiming4Simple June 23, 2009 at 4:58 pm

No luck printing the coupon for Aloe Fresh via your link, but I found a Vaseline Aloe Fresh coupon that worked on this page:

Today they had 12 packs of Bounty paper towels on clearance for $3.54 and I used a $1 Target coupon, making them only $2.54. Great deal if you can find it!!

Rochelle June 24, 2009 at 4:01 pm

The link for the Kraft cheese says “there are no more prints for this campaign.”

Linda M., OR June 24, 2009 at 8:59 pm

Today at Target I purchased 8 single rolls of Bounty Basic paper towels. I used 8 .50/1 Target cos that were in Sunday’s SS and 8 .25/1 manuf cos that were in the 6/7 P&G insert. The price was .99 ea – .75 = .24 X 8 = 1.92.

We went to Target a couple of days ago and found a deal not listed here. They have the bounce dryer sheets for $8.99/box for 240. If you buy two you get a $5.00 giftcard for next time. I had a $1.00 off coupon I got in my last box of Tide. This is a great deal and I won’t have to buy Bounce sheets for quite a long time.

I did the Gillette deal, but stacked a target Gillette coupon (came in the mail this week) with the $4/1 manu coupon. The razor is free and if you purchase the shower gel witht he P&G $1/1 coupone, the total cost is $2.49, but you get the $5 gift card. The deal ends tonight!
