Does RiteAid accept printable internet coupons now? I have had mine refuse in the past.

Julie June 28, 2009 at 7:01 am

For scenario 2… if the Stayfree is on sale for $3.99 and B1G1, then won’t it show up for first item $3.99, second one $0.00? I don’t see how this could be considered as spending $50 to get the $25 gift card. Can someone explain?

Danielle June 28, 2009 at 7:03 am

Are there any instructions on how to shop rite aid? I already do Walgreens and CVS successfully and I am assuming that Rite Aid is similar. Do you need a card or anything like at CVS? Are the rebates something you get back immediately or something you need to submit to get back later like the old Walgreens program? Thanks!!

Michelle June 28, 2009 at 7:30 am

FYI — when I entered my information and tried to print the $2/1 Degree coupon, it told me “There are no prints available for this campaign.” I don’t think I’ve printed this coupon previously, so I’m afraid these are no longer available.

LilKim June 28, 2009 at 7:34 am

FYI, the Huggies scenario is for rite aid # 61 (kimberly clark/Bayer/Schick/Unilever) and the Stayfree scenario – including listerine – is for # 160 (Johnson & Johnson)

So… you could definitely get BOTH – its not one or the other!! Just need to make sure the total for EACH scenario is $50 to get both $25 gift cards!!

There is a copy of the SCR book for July at AFC

HTH

Thanks, MoneySavingMom for all the help – you got me started in this crazy coupon world!!

Heather June 28, 2009 at 8:06 am

The two Degree clinical from the degree sites(men’s and women’s) are coming up as “NO PRINTS AVAILABLE FOR THIS CAMPAIGN”.
Just thought I would pass along the info to save others some time!

Luvinmy5 June 28, 2009 at 10:44 am

OOOHHH, I am so bummed. I bought 2 different papers this am and not one of SS had the stayfree B1G1 free coupons. Did anyone in southern CA get any? Do you think these will be available on EBay. With 3 ladies in the house this would have been a great deal!

charlene June 28, 2009 at 11:23 am

I don’t think the Huggies deal will work as it is for megas which are priced at $19.99- the only Jumbos included are the Little Swimmers- which are a GREAT deal.

Trisha June 28, 2009 at 11:50 am

Where do you submit for the giftcard? I looked at the Rite Aid website and couldn’t find any information about this deal.

MoneyMateKate June 28, 2009 at 1:02 pm

I think if I try this in my area, the cashiers will explode, or at least call over the manager to toss me out for perceived thievery. Of course, I could just travel a bit… :)

Julie June 28, 2009 at 2:38 pm

I have already earned the $10.00 rebate for buying J&J
products worth $25.00. Do I only need to buy $25.00 more to earn the $25.00 gift card? Thanks.

Kelly C June 28, 2009 at 2:52 pm

Note that for the Huggies deal, you have to buy the $17.99 or $19.99 packs of diapers.

I just went and got two $19.99 boxes of diapers, two wipes refills at 7.99, spent $20.73 times two and will get back $25 in gift card and $2 in SCR. Maybe not as good as some of you get, but good for me!

heather June 28, 2009 at 3:36 pm

The manager at my store today would not let me do the Stayfree deal. When I tried to use my coupon he said, you actually have to BUY one to GET one. He was pretty rude about it, too.

Mary June 28, 2009 at 5:40 pm

The degree printable coupon is dead…bummer!

andrea June 28, 2009 at 9:54 pm

How can you get 11 coupons for the stayfree products??

Christina June 28, 2009 at 10:57 pm

Me and my Aunt tried the transactions listed at two Rite-Aid locations. We were told both times that we could not do the transaction with the B1G1 coupon. The assistant manager even told me that he couldn’t allow me to buy that many packages. The whole trip was very exhausting with a three old year in tow. I hope someone has some success with this because it was a nightmare for me and my Aunt.

Andrea June 28, 2009 at 11:07 pm

The printable Rite Aid coupon expires today… are there any more that you know of?

Audra June 29, 2009 at 9:34 am

Thank you so much for posting your scenarios! I was wondering about the Huggies deal – I thought only jumbo size packs could be submitted to caregivers marketplace. I know my Rite Aid only stocks the mega packs. I am guessing that other Rite Aids might stock the jumbos. Am I misunderstanding the caregivers marketplace?

Stevan Sheets June 29, 2009 at 10:54 am

So I snuck onto my wife’s computer (okay, I had permission) and I was reading through some of her deals that she had starred in Google Reader and stumbled across this post..

Unbelievable.

She recently gave birth to our son (just 4-weeks ago) and I’ve been trying to help her keep up her CVS/Target/Rite-Aid/etc.-deals while she’s recovering from her c-section!

Can I just say that the “scenario” section of this post is an amazing addition! I just wanted to say thanks!!!

Brandi June 29, 2009 at 11:16 am

Y’all just remember that Little Swimmers are included in this rebate. They are less expensive per pack versus the diapers so in all I bought 4 jumbo packs of diapers (11.49 each) and 1 pack of little swimmers (8.49 I think) to meet my $50. I also had a $1 coupon for little swimmers from an insert a while back. As my filler item for the first transaction I did a tub of Huggies wipes that I also had a coupon for.

Carrie June 29, 2009 at 11:44 am

You do not have to do anything special for the giftcard — just enter in your receipts as you would to apply for rebates on their website. It usually takes 6-8 weeks to get a giftcard (longer than it takes to get a rebate check).
——————————————————————-

I *sort of* did this deal.

I bought 4 copies of the paper so I had 4 Stayfree BOGO coupons. Also, it had Carefree and OB Tampon coupons, which are also included in the giftcard deal and are also BOGO. My store didn’t have a lot of stock on the items so even my purchase of 8 Stayfree products cleaned them halfway out — there is no way that I could have bought 22! Besides, I would have felt a bit greedy if I had cleaned them all out! Instead of more Stayfree, I got 6 pkgs. of Carefree and a few pkgs of Tampons. I splurged and sprung for some Neutragena makeup and Aveeno handcream that I wanted (both included in the giftcard deal as well as being on sale), that I had coupons for. In the end, I didn’t make any money however I got every for .15 (once I get the giftcard). I was very pleased with the deal because my church is collecting personal care products to hand out to missionaries at our organization’s missionary convention next month and I will be able to make quite a sizable donation of female personal care products because of this promotion.

Carrie June 29, 2009 at 11:47 am

PS: I tried to use 2 of the 5/25 coupons — each in a seperate transaction and it only worked with one of them. This is because the cashier insisted that she take the $5 off AFTER my manufacturer’s Q’s. Ugh. One transaction was $25 after my Q’s since I needed to pick up some medicine for my Grandmother.

————————————————————-

My Rite-Aid will not allow printables…still.

Roshni June 29, 2009 at 11:48 am

just left a link to the rite aid deal I made this week – 8 free chocolates!

Lydia June 29, 2009 at 12:52 pm

Carrie, call the RiteAid customer service number found on their website and tell them about the internet coupon issue. I had called several months ago and they assured me that they DO take internet coupons and that if the store had problems to call them while you are there so that they can clear the issue.

Hope that helps!

Michelle June 29, 2009 at 1:08 pm

So…I can get a $25 gift card for $50 worth of qualifying products…even if it’s in more than one transaction???

Marianne June 29, 2009 at 4:09 pm

My Rite Aid accepted my printables for the deoderant, but the price was $9.99 each, not $6.99 (could just be more expensive in southern CA).

Sara June 29, 2009 at 4:32 pm

Just wanted to let you know that the Secret deodorant that is on sale for $1.99 this week does NOT qualify for the rebate.

Lee June 29, 2009 at 8:30 pm

I don’t have the Stayfree B1G1 coupon in my area too, yes I also brought two newspaper from two different local area – this is in N. CA. I have a feeling that CA is generally not a very coupon friendly area, I never see double coupons also, and also one Safeway manger told me that he has never seen printable coupons before (!!!)

Christina Sawyer June 29, 2009 at 8:50 pm

Thank you for all of the deal scenarios…especially diapers! Always need diaper deals!!

Robin June 29, 2009 at 9:56 pm

I am in Ohio and i used the
B1G1 stayfree today but I had to get in and agruement with the lady, she gave it to me and said they would not do it again.

Sophia June 30, 2009 at 12:50 am

Does anyone know yet if this $50 Stayfree deal can be split over several transactions? I’m sure one store wouldn’t have enough, but I have several stores nearby. Thanks for any clarification!

Jennifer June 30, 2009 at 7:25 am

I did the Rite Aid deal, with 3 b1g1 pads, a package of zytec, tylenol, bandaids, and neosporin. When it’s all said and done, they’ll be paying ME $6. :) I’m a pretty happy camper. :) Thanks! BTW, you can print off Rite Aid’s deals right on their website. Click on “Single Check Rebates” and search for “Johnson” to find the $25/$50 Johnson and Johnson deal. Fun fun fun. :)

Kathleen July 2, 2009 at 12:50 am

I am in So. Cal near LA and I did get the BOGO stayfree coupons. I tried to use them at my rite-aid and the manager told me it was actually fraud but then he said I could use one. I tried to explain to him how it works but he didnt really care. Then I called the 1-800 number and I was hung up on and then I called back and they told me rite-aid would not accept BOGO for a BOGO sale but he would have someone in management call me to let me know.

Young July 2, 2009 at 4:32 pm

I’m in So. Cal too. I tried to do the BOGO stayfree deal with no luck as well. The manager said they can’t accept the coupon and I should just save my coupon and use it later. It just doesn’t make sense she said. Bumper…
