How can you tell if you’re getting the rebate when you order?

I didn’t see a spot for it, or does ebates keep track of it behind the scenes?
I’m a little confused about it :/

Just an FYI Ebates does not count instore pick up as a qualifying purchase.

Just a note, when ordered my item from JC Penney, the standard shipping rate was 5.95, i went back to see how much it would cost to ship it to a store, and it was only 4.50! if you have a JC Penney near you, I suggest having it shipped to the store and it will save you 1.45!

I have used Fat Wallet before and wondering if you have compared this with ebates? They also have a lot of forums that help you find the deals or some techy advice for the item you are shopping for. Thanks for your site, it is one of my favorites as a new coupon addict.

I would take this a step further. Since I have a Upromise account and an Ebates account (and now a MyPoints account) and don't always remember who pays what % or points kickback, I start any online shopping at http://www.evreward.com. Go there then type in the place you might be shopping (for ex, Macys.com) - you'll get a list that shows current coupons available, then the rewards % options available, and also any travel points or other rewards that might be available. Pick the best one for your particular situation and click through on that link. It's a wonderful way of always being able to maximize your online shopping!
