If you are a member of A Full Cup, you can print a target coupon for $1/2 Triscuit or Wheat thins, making them $.54 each after stacking.

Jenn May 13, 2009 at 9:59 am

There’s also a $1 printable Joint Juice coupon out there: http://www.jointjuice.com/coupon.php (and a BOGO weekly in your inbox if you sign up here: http://www.jointjuice.com/joint_health_challenge.php, but I don’t know that Target allows you to stack those?). Also, the Pringles deal is still good–50-cent Target printable for the small containers near the checkout (69 cents at my store). I went to Target yesterday and left with TONS of stuff for only about $7 (and our prices are often a bit higher than some of the other stores, since it’s just a regular Target)! What a great deal!:) Thanks for all your matchups!

modestforhim May 13, 2009 at 10:04 am

Has anyone figured out how to get around coupons that give overage at Target? The Target nearest me will not allow it. They usually call over a supervisor and she tells me no I can’t use that coupon. So, it is time wasted for me to go to Target.

Abby May 13, 2009 at 10:09 am

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I’ve been holding off my Target trip so I could get the match-ups. I had figured out many of them already but didn’t want to miss anything. Those Kraft coupons are amazing, and I can’t wait to use them!

Lisa May 13, 2009 at 10:18 am

modestforhim – you should email target corp. for their coupon policy, it states you can use the coupons they will just adjust them down to the price of the item. You can print it and take it with you to show the supervisor.

Kelly C May 13, 2009 at 10:31 am

I’m new to this and wondering if you can use more than one of the same Target store coupon in a single transaction? For instance, can you buy three $0.99 Bliss bars and use three Target coupons? Or would you need to make three separate transactions? I’m guessing it all depends, as it often does, on your cashier, but wanted to see if I could get some insight before planning my next trip. Thanks!

Gloria May 13, 2009 at 10:49 am

You can use two $1 off plus the Target $1/2 Tricuits to bring it down to $.54/ea. I wish I had found the Target one before yesterday when I bought the Triscuits! Also the Target $1 Quakers snacks coupon worked for me on the $.99 Quaker oatmeal cups in the cereal isle making them free!

Crystal May 13, 2009 at 10:50 am

I went to Target last night and was frustrated because most of the prices at my target in TX were a lot higher. The kraft salad dressing was $1.59 for the 8 oz and the target coupon is for 16 oz or larger. Also, the 100 calorie packs were 3.98 for a 12 pack. I am wondering if there is another place in the store (by the registers) where they have smaller cheaper ones. Does anyone in fort worth tx have a target with prices similar to these posted? I would appreciate if you let me know. Thanks so much!

Christie Hurst May 13, 2009 at 10:57 am

Our target had to force through the chex coupon last week for the trial size by the registers, and they wouldn’t force through the hershey bliss one. Maybe I’ll try another Target!

Stephanie May 13, 2009 at 11:03 am

Our Kraft dressing was not 1.59 but priced much higher at 2.44 so the deal did not work for me. I will have to save the coupons and see if it comes down in price!

Tiffany May 13, 2009 at 11:06 am

My Target prices are always quite a bit ore than the ones posted… I wonder if it is my area??

Also, does anyone else find their receipts hard to read as far as if they used your coupons correctly?

Connie May 13, 2009 at 11:06 am

I wish the Dry Idea were on mark down near me, but they aren’t. YMMV.

Elaine May 13, 2009 at 11:21 am

I can’t find the RitzBits coupon on Target generator, only the Ritz crackers 14oz or larger. Did it expire?

Erika May 13, 2009 at 11:48 am

Tiffany,

I relate to your problem with prices. My Target is in a high-standard-of-living area (I’m in Alaska) and most of the Target deals people post don’t apply to us up here. All I can tell you is that get the coupon match ups posted and go to Target and see what you can get cheap or free with coupons (for instance the Free Easy Mac thing worked up here with the 1.00/2 and the B1G1 coupons combined…I got a huge stockpile of Easy Mac from that). Also, just plain old do a search for blogs. I’m trying to spread the word of mine to Alaskans, because I had to start one just aimed at people in high standard of living areas and…well…at us because most deals don’t apply to us. So, do a search and if there isn’t a blog, consider starting one for your area to help people like you out.

Also, with the Target reciepts. I relate on that too. I finally just started going in with a calculator and figuring out how much I SHOULD pay after coupons and before taxes and then looking at the subtotal. If something seemed severely out of whack I’d look over the reciept in the store. 9 times out of 10 it’s because someone forgot to switch over signage in the store and something you THOUGHT was on sale turned out to be full price. With that in mind I just started writing down how much my items that I wanted to be should be priced on the sales ad. Anything else in the store that had a sale sign on it, unless it was marked Temporary Price Cut, I’d keep toward the back of my stack of stuff to check out and make SURE they were ringing up at the right price. That’s the only advice I can give you.

Hope that helps a little bit.

Sarah May 13, 2009 at 11:49 am

Kelly C.- I was told by my favorite cashier that she had to force through multiple Target coupons that are for the same item in the same transaction. She told me that she wasn’t allowed to do it anymore, and the coupons do say “limit one per transaction”. I’ve never tried to do multiple transactions.

jennifer May 13, 2009 at 11:53 am

Wish I could do these deals. The Target here in Henderson NV will let you use ONE coupon per order and per day. I have tried to buy one item at a time and use one coupon. Then do another complete transaction….nope, only one per day! They are uneducated in coupon usage and are unwilling to learn or attempt to understand. I won’t shop there.

It is terrific for you who can get these deals.

Skintimate Shaving Gel is $2.24 at Harrisburg, PA. Target. Used 1-$1.00 off Manf. Coup. + 1- $1.00 off Target Coup. = $.24 Out of Pocket

Tiffany P May 13, 2009 at 12:04 pm

I wanted to share what I just got at Target

I only spent $.75 and saved $12.45

Katy May 13, 2009 at 12:40 pm

Am I the only one having problems with the Shout link? I can enter all my information, but when I hit submit, it goes to a screen that says that the server doesn’t exist! This happens to me every time I try!

Shana May 13, 2009 at 12:43 pm

the kraft salad dressing 16 oz size is $2.29 here in the new Winder GA location.

Also, the granola bites were in the Dollar Spot section in our store….they don’t have many food items hanging near the registers.

Shelley May 13, 2009 at 12:48 pm

Just got home from the Target in Battle Creek, they had some bottles of Children’s Advil, Motrin and Tylenol on clearance for 1.68-1.78 a bottle. They were NOT on an end cap, just mixed in with the “regular” medicines. If you are in my area, I did not wipe them out, I left at least 2 bottles of each.

amy May 13, 2009 at 1:13 pm

Katy, I have never had the Shout link work. It does the same thing to me as it does to you. I am using FF – r u?

My cashier didn’t take the Target Ritz coupon for Ritz Bitz. I had the manu. coupon for Ritz Bitz and the Target 1 for Ritz (doesn’t specify). I figured I would let it slide since I saved around $15 anyways!!! Target always comes out ahead on me, too, bec there’s always something else I need to buy while I’m there that’s on sale and there’s no coupon for it.

My Kraft salad dressing was the higher price as well. It wasn’t worth it to me. I took my manu. coupons on Kraft dressing and went to Wal-mart and bought it for .58 cents! And then I didn’t have to buy 2 per coupon, either.

The coupons are SUPER hard to figure out on the receipt. One time, some scanned but didn’t process. I had to go to customer service and it took both me and the Target lady like 15 min to realize they had shorted me over $4.

Kristine May 13, 2009 at 1:22 pm

I just had a great shopping trip at Target. My total before coupons was $82.53. My total after coupons was
$22.04! Woo-Hoo! There are so many coupon match-ups this week! ( c :

Lizz @ Yes, and So is My Heart May 13, 2009 at 1:44 pm

I just thought I’d comment that my prices at Target in the KC metro area are also frequently higher than what is posted. This is especially true with toiletries. Also, the trial size selection is often missing what is suggested.

However, I still like these posts and rely on them to save money at Target. Thanks!

mandy May 13, 2009 at 1:48 pm

I was happy to go and get lots of the deals on Monday at Target. I printed more coupons yesterday and went back. I was frustrated to see that they had upped several of the prices overnight! I guess they can do that and I will just be happy with what I get. Thanks for all the coupon matches!

Betsy May 13, 2009 at 1:52 pm

Just wanted to let you know that the Oreo snack sacks Target coupon expired on Saturday, so that deal is dead. :( Good thing I stocked up for the summer. :)

jennifer May 13, 2009 at 1:57 pm

modestforhim – if you email Target customer service, they will email you back with Target’s official coupon policy. Print it out and take it with you on EVERY trip. You can present it to the manager when they are called over and it clearly states that they must adjust the price of the item down to the price of the coupon and give you the item for free. Hope that helps!

Sariah May 13, 2009 at 2:14 pm

My local Target is no longer honoring the Bliss coupons for the candy bars. They permitted two candy bars for one coupon, but at that point it’s just the same price as a regular candy bar.

The cashier gave me a hard time over the Banana Boat coupon on a trial size, despite me pointing out that the coupon does NOT exclude trial size.

Abby May 13, 2009 at 2:32 pm

My target stopped the Dry Idea sale this week (I had already gotten about 10 of them for free in the past few weeks!). If you still have those coupons and have a CVS nearby, save them for next week and it will be a money maker – Buy 2 for $5, use two of the $2 off coupons, pay $1.00 OOP, get back $2ECBs. $1 Profit.

aimee May 13, 2009 at 2:40 pm

I just went to Target. My before coupon total was 45.88. After coupons..16.41 and I have a mail in rebate to add to that! I missed some of these deals listed above so I might be going back this weekend!

I ‘m in Arlington TX and our Target had the salad dressing for over $2 each. Wal Mart had the Kraft 16 oz. for 1.58 though so I used my coupons there. I also cannont find the small bags of Quaker granola bites at our store. I’m happy to know though that the coupon will work on the oatmeal. I was wondering about that.

I just love these posts!

Betsy May 13, 2009 at 2:41 pm

I avoid Targets around SE WI because they refuse to adjust the coupon down, saying it is illegal. I have left Target empty handed and angry too many times. I have stopped shopping there.
With these great coupon match ups I contacted Target Corporate via email requesting a copy of the Target Corporate Coupon policy. They replied within 2 hours and the policy does say that the coupons will be adjusted down to match the value of the item.
I am headed out in a little while to see what I can round up and am ready with this email in my coupon book… bring it on crabby cashiers.

Nancy May 13, 2009 at 2:57 pm

Dry Idea jumped back up in price here.

Emily Kay May 13, 2009 at 3:30 pm

GREAT deals at Target this week. I also live in Texas, so prices are a bit higher BUT there still are some FANTASTIC deals! (Instead of free, things come out to about 50 cents a piece. Although the BBQ sauce was 99 cents!)

Oh, and the stores down here are still out of Purell because of the swine flu scare. :P

Jen May 13, 2009 at 3:38 pm

The Ritz Bits deal will not work anymore. The coupon for them expired last Saturday — only the regular Ritz crackers have a coupon.

********************
Money Saving Mom here: Unless I’m mistaken, the Ritz cracker coupon should work on both Ritz Bits and regular Ritz crackers according to the language of it.

Hope that helps!

Vanderbilt Wife May 13, 2009 at 4:03 pm

I’m glad I’m not the only one with Target issues, as sad as that sounds. They give me grief about coupons every single time I try to use them. I guess I need to print out the policy, but I hate arguing with them over it. Last time I was nearly in tears.

Kristine May 13, 2009 at 4:27 pm

I just had a great shopping trip at Target. My total before coupons was $82.53. My total after coupons was
$20.04! Woo-Hoo! There are so many coupon match-ups this week! ( c :

I had to change the price to $19.90.
They had to give me $ 2.14 back at CS, for an over-ring.

Lori May 13, 2009 at 5:40 pm

I just spoke with Target Corporate and they are going to call my Target and speak to the cashier supervisor and/or store supervisor to make sure all cashiers are educated on the policy regarding adjusting down coupons. She said to call from the courtesy phone by customer service if I have any further problems, its a direct line to corporate. They were very apologetic and said they encourage coupons, she even made sure I was aware of the Target online coupons.

Susanna May 13, 2009 at 8:54 pm

Great trip tp target. thanks for the tips. Three bags of goodies for $0.98!! The Ritz Bits I was hoping to buy were size 7.8oz and the coupon I think said 14oz or larger, which I couldn’t find.

Emily Kay May 13, 2009 at 10:44 pm

Just wanted to share my Target score!
http://averyswife.xanga.com/701787528/weekly-savings—target—513/
Spent $36.75, saved $80.53! (87 cents per item!)

Oh, and to add to your list, the Oscar Meyer lunchmeat is a pretty good deal if you use a Target coupon combined with a manufacturer’s coupon.

Erin May 14, 2009 at 10:05 am

In Winchester, VA – Select KELLOGGS Cereals are marked to 1.99. After the 1.00 coupon – that’s only .99 per box!

Abby May 14, 2009 at 1:42 pm

Remember those Dove Go Fresh deodorant coupons that we printed after signing up for their Dove Dimensions program? (http://www.moneysavingmom.com/money_saving_mom/2009/04/dove-dimensions-free-samples-and-coupons.html) When I signed up and printed the coupons I was able to print an unlimited amount of times (not everybody was able to do that based on the comments). I printed 20.

Today I was at Target and they had the Dove Go Fresh Deodorant on clearance for $2.08 with a free trial size body spray with it. Using the $1.50/2 coupons I printed, along with Target’s $1/1 coupons, I ended up paying $0.33 a piece! I bought 20! Along with all of the other deals here I paid $6 for at least $50 worth of items.

Crystal – I want to thank you for the great work that you do on this site. Not only has it allowed me to save lots of money and try new products I never would have bought otherwise, but it has allowed me to give very generously to those in need. I’ve only been doing this a few months and my trunk is almost full of stuff to bring to the food shelf!

Nancy Karrer May 14, 2009 at 4:23 pm

I can’t print the Purell coupons

Jessica May 14, 2009 at 8:16 pm

Betsy and everyone-
I had the same problem today at Target. They were giving me problems about the sunscreen and even being able to use a Target coupon and a manufactors coupon for the 100 calorie snacks. They treated me as though I was a theif and then finally said very rudely, “WHATEVER JUST GIVE IT TO HER!” as the manager stomped away. I am going to call corporate tomorrow and get a copy of the policy. THEY NEED TO TRAIN THEIR CASHIERS AND MANAGERS!!!!

Debbie May 15, 2009 at 9:35 am

Prices at Target here in New Hampshire are frequently different than the prices posted on your blog, but not always. The Kraft mayo. was the same this week. But the Dove soap was not.

Sarah Z May 15, 2009 at 9:35 am

I’m frustrated cuz when I go to print the coupons (not the target ones), they aren’t there to clip. Am I doing anything wrong?

*********************
Money Saving Mom here: Sarah, I believe the Kraft coupons are no longer available. :(

Bossy28 May 15, 2009 at 2:43 pm

I just printed kraft coupons this morning.
I made a trip to target here in central pa. What a joke. They were not very nice about using the coupons, they weren’t going to let me stack coupons. I told him that I know others have done it, so the manager said go ahead and see if it will take. It did, on a few items. On a few it wouldn’t take the stacked coupons. I know I lost out on a few because of it. They wouldn’t take the target coupon off the bliss candy bar either. even though the coupon says any bliss candy. he also gave me a hard time about the coppertone coupon. It was so frustrating.

indymoney May 16, 2009 at 9:00 am

Bliss is $0.99. I have $1 coupon. So, they’re saying, I can’t use a coupon more than the price value. Its very bad.

Jessica May 16, 2009 at 5:49 pm

Keep your eyes open while shopping, esp the end caps. Many, many items on clearance that there are manuf coupons for. Arm & hammer spray cleaner, colgate maxi strips (used manuf, target & clearance on that one), Huggies wipes, and huggies diapers (got both cheaper than Target brand!), and many other things that I just didn’t need.

Laura May 16, 2009 at 8:24 pm

I was so excited to get the .04 100-calorie packs until I got to the store and mine were $2.79. The free Ritz with cheese were also much higher than $1.66, so they weren’t close to free, either. The bbq sauce was $1.59, not .99; no marked down Electrosol; the Kraft Salad dressing was $2.29. I’m hoping prices go down before those coupons expire on the 23rd.

Jennifer D May 16, 2009 at 9:33 pm

For you ladies with a little time on their hands after the kiddos go to bed–try shopping Target around 9pm…I’ve found that when I’m trying to check out 10 minutes before they close, they give me NO trouble about coupons and force each one through. They have no desire to delay getting off of work on time due to a coupon, so they don’t seem to argue. It’s my preferred time to shop from now on!!!

Kara May 18, 2009 at 12:53 pm

Hey there – just wanted to thank you for compiling these lists, for a newbie to couponing (and to be honest, already a little overwhelmed!) this helps a lot…

Wendy W. May 21, 2009 at 6:52 am

My last trip to Target was a bust! The cashier said that they recently upgraded the computers and no longer accept $1 off coupons for $.99 items. I was frustrated, and had her void several items! My sister works at a grocery store and did confirm that it is illegal for them to adjust down the manufacturer’s coupons because they get reimbursed from the manufacturer. I’m sure it is no problem adjusting down the Target coupons, though. Now I have to find another store that carries the Banana Boat sunscreen in trial size!
