I called my local store and was told they are not free.
They said you come into the store during the hours of the event and purchase the kit that usually costs around $6.00.
I guess free doesn’t mean free anymore…
I just checked with my store and they said only the t-shirt and the wood frame cost money. And, the Michael’s website does denote that those items would need to be purchased. I checked specifically about the beading and was told, “If the website doesn’t say otherwise, it’s totally free.” So…I’m be taking my Little Sister and having her make stuff for her mom! I’ll let you know if I find surprise fees.
