Lowe’s and Home Depot: 10% Military Discounts

Lowe’s and Home Depot stores are offering a 10% discount to to active duty personnel,
National Guard and reserve members, retirees, honorably discharged
veterans, and immediate family members. You must show a valid military

1 Tatiana May 22, 2009 at 1:54 pm: Lowes recently started offering military discount all of the time. They will not offer it but if you ask they will give you 10% off your purchase any day of the week, no holiday need.

5 WL May 22, 2009 at 3:13 pm: I went to Home Depot yesterday to make a purchase (not aware of the 10% discount) and the cashier asked if I had a family member currently serving or had served in the past. I told her my father had been in the service many years ago….she gave me the discount without needing any proof.
6 Katie May 22, 2009 at 10:20 pm: Lowes always offers a 10% discount to militarty members with ID. But you have to ask for it. We always go there and have saved lots of money doing so!
