Also, TENA protective underwear (like Depends) are on sale BOGO. 4/26 SS has a mail in rebate for up to $12.99. So you will buy one at $13.99 (price at my store) and then get one free as well. Then mail in rebate for 12.99. Total = $1 for 2 packages! Great deal if you use these or know someone who does or even just to donate somewhere.

I tried to use the coupon for SoBe B1G1 free and the cashier told me I could not use that coupon since they were already B1G1 free. Should I have gotten both of them for free with that coupon? Help!

My local CVS also has a Coppertone sun screen deal. You get 2 extra bucks when you buy Coppertone sun screen for 7.99. The Coppertone website has $3/1 printable coupon. That makes the sun screen $5 plus 2 ECBs. Not sure if this is a wonderful deal, but I’ve been looking for some sun screen for this summer. :)

Has anyone figured out what the deal is with the Southern California CVS Stores? I haven’t seen an ECB deal for three weeks.

Liz @ Sweetwater Savings May 24, 2009 at 6:25 pm

My CVS has Dove SkinVitalizers on clearance for $2.50. If you use the $3.75 off coupon from the 5/17 Unilever/Red Plum insert it will be free or more then free after coupon!

Are the ECBs only for certain geographic areas (like East Coast?) Because they just changed all the Long’s Drugs over to CVS here on the West Coast (at least near my house)….I received my Extra Care card & used it tonight for the face wash & nail enamel & nothing printed. Do the ECBs only print the next time you shop? Thanks for your site…I have been shopping at Walgreen’s tons more than before & it is working out great!

Found the answer to my question…you can delete my previous comment….the CVS stores here in CA where I live are not doing the ECBs (yet)….grrr…….hope they start soon!

Kari May 25, 2009 at 7:47 am

Band-aids at my CVS are 2.29 get 2 and the Clearasil coupon in my inserts was for -2.00 so an even better deal!!!

Jennifer May 25, 2009 at 8:55 am

There was a bogo coupon in a recent insert for the speed stick pro.

planters is bogo, and there are $1/1 q’s at coupons.com. don’t know what the final price would be.

There is a great deal that just popped up at CVS! Buy 2 neutrogena suncare products, get 10.00 in ECBs. The kicker is that it works for the 1.0oz tubes of sunscreen which are 1.99 each! That makes it a 6.02 money maker! Check out my blog for pictures and the upc code of the item, since they are a bit hard to find unless you know what they look like.

Thought you’d enjoy this:) Today I ran by cvs to pick up the small 1 oz. neutrogena sunblock (that scans $1.99, when you buy 2 you’ll receive a $10 ecb) and saw a woman holding a nice spreadsheet looking for trial size razors. I asked her if she does Hot Coupon World? she said no. Slick Deals? no again. She said she only knows about Money Saving Mom. How funny! She’s the fourth person who has told me (in this same cvs) Money Saving Mom. So, I helped her find the razors and told her about the neutrogena, who doesn’t want a $6.02 money maker? So, I thought you’d enjoy hearing about the following your blog has in Austin,tx. have a great day!

I don’t know if this is just my store or if it’s at all stores. But, I was just at my CVS, and the Acne Free Redness Relief kits were on clearance for $12.50. There is currently an ECB deal for Acne free kits. Buy one, get $5 ECBs. Also, there’s a coupon for $3 off a kit. I just bought mine, and it works out to $4.50 after everything. That is a steal!! Woo hoo!! Hope it works for you guys, too! :)

I have heard the CA CVS’s will be back on track for ECB’s in July. It was supposed to be June, but the takeover is taking longer than expected. Bummer for us!

Frugal Friend May 26, 2009 at 1:04 am

My CVS didn’t have Speedstick or Clearasil. But I actually needed everything I bought. I’ve been praying for FREE sunscreen this summer. So far, 1 Baby Aveeno and 2 Neut sunscreen sticks!

Allison May 26, 2009 at 8:43 am

I can never get the smartsource coupons to print…like the ones for the post cereal. Do I need to do something special?

Thanks

Kim May 26, 2009 at 3:01 pm

If your CVS is out, make sure to ask for a Raincheck. They’ll write down the promotion number, the sale price AND the ECB you should get….and once they’re in stock, you can use the deal to roll with your others for the week!

Julie Chapman May 26, 2009 at 4:55 pm

My CVS has the 11.8 oz Olay body Quench on clearance for $3.75 each. The deal is supposed to be 2/$12 and You get $5 ECB’s back but these worked for me. Plus, use the $1 off/1 coupon from last months P&G.

Also, the smaller cans of Maxwell house at one CVS were on sale for $1.79 each and there is a new $2/2 coupon at coupons.com and kraftfoods.com which will make them around 60 cents each!! Not sure if there are other CVS’s with that deal. I just went to another and they didn’t have those on sale.

Julie Chapman May 26, 2009 at 4:57 pm

This goes along with my previous message…it is the Olay Body Quench lotion

Christine May 27, 2009 at 9:14 pm

I had a grumpy cashier on my first CVS experience today….she was a bit upset that she had to adjust down my schick coupon to $1.98 (since that is what my 2 packs of razors actually cost). OK no problem. Then she told me that when I bring in coupons printed off the computer that I needed to bring the entire sheet of paper because too many people are photocopying them. Well, ok….but when I print 3 different coupons on 1 sheet of paper that will blow my coupon organizing system out of the water. I did not tell her that I just said Ok ~ sorry ~ I didn’t know. But really? I do not understand how that will solve the problem of people copying them on a color copier ~ or maybe I am just missing something? Also, they did not have the Post cereal but I did get a rain check.

Aiming4Simple May 28, 2009 at 11:36 am

If you are a upromise and CVS extracare member, there is an eCoupon this month for $1.50 when you buy 2 boxes of Post Trail Mix Crunch. Make sure you activate the eCoupon online first, then you can follow this week’s CVS tips here to get maximum savings!

Leah May 28, 2009 at 5:05 pm

i could only print one thermacare q, so disappointing. I also can’t print SS q’s (as someone mentioned above) and have never been able to fugure out how to fix it.

TandKDaytoDay May 28, 2009 at 8:16 pm

I was definitely most excited about the Post Trail Mix Crunch deal this week. I used 2x the $2/1 printable coupons and ended up getting the two boxes of (normally expensive) cereal for $0.79!
