I had a similar case this past week, if you don't get the right items it wont ring up. You have to get the exact items, not just any Reach toothbrush, or the reg. rewards wont print out. If your store is out of the items you need, see if you can get them to ring one up and give it to you when they get it in next, or if you get there early in the week, ask an employee if the SIMS coordinator can order as many as you need and ask a Cosmetics employee to save how many you need behind their register. My area stores dont allow that either sothis is my solution. Buy iems that you get rebates for with your RR's.
