Softsoap Ensembles hand soap $3.99 each is for the base.
$2/1 coupons from the 03/22 SmartSource insert is for pump. I would not think this is going to work.
Can you use one of the printable BOGO on the Sense and Spray with the $4 off coupon to get two for $.99 after coupons and ECBs?
My area only got $1 on the Softsoap Ensemble, bummer…not as good of a deal for me.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news–those M&M coupons are Target coupons, not Manu. I actually noticed that last week because our CVS had a great clearance on Valentine’s M&Ms and I was hoping to find some coupons to match.
I could be wrong, but according to the CVS website, the Softsoap hand soap pump is $7.99 and the refills are $3.99. The $2 off coupon is good for the pump, not the refills.
There are also $2 off Softsoap pump and $2 off Veet CVS coupons from the latest Reinventing Beauty mag. Makes the Softsoap deal a little better and the Veet free plus overage.
I had a little trouble with the Softsoap Ensembles hand soap deal that I thought I would share in case any one else runs into this. The coupon that I had was for $2 off the hand soap that comes with the pump. At my CVS, those were marked $7.99 each. Even with the $4 ECB and 2 $2 coupons, you’d still pay almost $8 for two of them. The Ensembles refills were only $3.99, but the coupon I had for those was only for $1. That’s a better deal, but they’ll still be $1 each after coupon and ECB. Just wanted to share!
The softsoap at my store is $7.99. Only the refill is $3.99 and the refill coupon is only for $1.00. So no free soap here.
Are the softsoap $2/1 working on the refills? All I have are $2/1 for the complete pump and base which is $7.99, or $1/1 coupons. I was able to find the nail polish (but had to buy the magazine for the coupon $0.99 for the mag, $3 coupon decent investment). I did snag the scrubbing bubbles and M&Ms (only had peanut in stock).
THANKS!!
Almost makes me wish I had a blog to post a picture of all of my CVS deals. I have only been doing this for about 5 weeks and it gets easier and more fun every week. The planning the deals and executing the plan successfully is so rewarding. Thanks to all who post scenarios to get us newbies going.
I saved $118 in 3 transactions with $16.77 oop (and my Lysol rebate of $3 will be coming in the mail). I was forntunate to have 3-$4 off 20 coupons that I had been saving. I am now stocked up on Veet, Ponds facial cleaners, Easter egg kits, toothpaste, Lysol cleaners, scrubbers, cottonelle wipes and much more. This is saving me so much money…….Janet
CVS Deal – Use 1 $2 AVEENO Coupon good on any product (found online) Purchase 1 Aveeno non steriod anti itch cream at $4.49ea get $2 ECB only pay .49 for a product that is great to have for spring summer!
Do you know where to find someone to donate the glucose monitor to? I’d love to take advantage and get one to donate, but I’m not sure where would be the best place to donate to.
I stumbled into a CVS on the way home from church yesterday before reading this post, and bought 3 ponds wipes to get my $5 ECB. Then I got home and saw that there was $1.50 coupons in the paper, and I could’ve kicked myself. I happen to have 2 CVS cards, after losing one temporarily, do you think I could use my backup to try this deal again WITH the coupons or will it recognize that I’ve reached the deal limit already?
Hi! I’m in Florida and found another deal at CVS this week. They had a stack of Store Coupons by the front door. One of the coupons was $2 off one of the new Softsoap ensembles. The sale for the week is buy any (2) Softsoap ensembles, get 4 ECB’s. Deal: Buy 2 pump refills for $3.99 a piece and use 2 $2 coupons, making them FREE after coupons and ECB’s! I rolled them twice. Limit 3.
To BusyMom, I had the same thought as you about combining the B1G1 coupon with the $4 coupon for the Glade Sense and Spray deal. I tried it using the $4 coupon first and then the B1G1 and it did not work. I wondered though if it might have worked if I had given the coupons in the reverse order. If you try it that way and it works, please post it here. Good luck!
Some Walgreens has Edge clearanced all the way down to $1.70 but still printing the $3 RR!
I tried to use the Rimmel coupon from the All You magazine today at CVS. The coupon was declined because of the Wal-Mart only print. The clerk said they are not to accept these. Has anyone else had trouble with this?
Not sure what is going on, but CVS has not been putting their ads in our newspaper for the last few weeks. Have you heard this from others?
I did use the $2/1 coupon on the $3.99 refill for Softsoap Ensembles hand soap and it did work.
I was hoping to get to CVS yesterday and get the M&Ms, but got stuck at work late. I went in today, forgetting the deal ended yesterday. Whoops. I am sure somewhere else will have another good deal on these before Easter. To Jenny: I have a Target M&M Q and an M&M $1/2 MQ. It has an experiation date of 4/12/09. I am not sure what insert it was in though.
I did get some clearance Rubbermaid Take-alongs for 50% off or $1.50. I had two $1/2 Qs and bought 4 for $1.00 ea. I also finally located a CVS Reinventing Beauty magazine. I was never sure where we were supposed to find these before and didn’t realize it was a $0.99 magazine. I kept thinking it was a special CVS Q flyer. (I hope this helps someone else find one that was also confused.) I saw the one with Kate Hudson and found all the coupons were expiring today. Then I found another mag with America Ferrer. I accidentally bought one thinking the Qs expired in 12/09. I got home only to find they said 12/08 and are all expired. You would think they would take the old mags away. I am going to try and exchange it for the new one, since I just purchased it and for the Qs only. Can anyone confirm if the new CVS mag has Jennifer Anniston on it? I saw someone mentioned that one as well. I wish they had issue dates on them, it would be very helpful. For $0.99, these mags are a good deal with all the Qs though.
Also, I got an All You magazine subscritpion for $19.97 at magazines.com through Upromise and get 30% back or $5.99 for my account. I bought one mag at Walmart and liked all the Qs they had after hearing so much about it on here. I was looking for a good price to sign up with and was excited to see it on sale and that I would get a good cash back reward w/Upromise. I thought that was a good deal if anyone else is interested and perhaps has a Upromise account for the cash back.
