Call 1-877-879-4857 (it's an automated call) to receive a free $5/1 coupon for Glucerna cereal. Most stores have these priced at around $4.50 so the coupon makes them free.
If you haven't done so yet, you can also still print two $5/1 coupons per computer here.
By the way, if you buy two boxes of this cereal at Kroger stores, a $2.50 off your next purchase coupon is printing. So you can not only get these for free, but it can also be a small money-maker!

I new to this, but I am having a lot of problems at Target, Walgreen’s and Kroger with overages. They will not take the coupons if they are not the amount of the item or under. For example, at Target yesterday they wouldn’t allow me to buy the Artisan bread because it was 99 cents and the coupon was $1. I was very disappointed. Does anyone also have problems like that? I went to customer service and they said that was the policy.
Thanks!
I talked with my doctor and called the toll free number on the back of the box. If you are not diabetic, it is not recommended that you eat a large amount of this cereal. Space your servings over a few days. If you eat too much of this you may feel a bit “off” (Glucerna’s word) for the remainder of the day.
I was not allowed to print more than one Glucerna coupon.
I bought 2 cereals at Walgreens today and got a $2.50 RR.
I didn’t have any trouble with the overages at Walgreens. I had 2- $10/2 coupons and also 2 – $5/1 coupons and then I got a $7 Register Reward!! Wooohoooooooooo
When I used the bread coupons at Target in TX, the cash register automatically adjusted the coupons down to .99 (so no overage).
Interesting comment above about eating the cereal if you are not diabetic. I originally got them for my dad who IS diabetic, but he said his doctor told him that eating plain cheerios is actually better for him, so he stuck to that. I tried Glucerna and actually thought it was really good, so I’ve been buying them for myself. However, the last few days I’ve been really lethargic and yet extremely hungry. Thought for a bit I may be pregnant, but verified that was not true. Maybe it’s from eating the cereal? I’d be interested to know more about why the doctor/company said it’s not good to eat much if you are not diabetic????
I’m just wondering where at the Kroger store did you find these? I have a Kroger affiliate and looked in the cereal and the health food aisle, but didn’t see them. Thanks!
I’m just going to donate it to my church pantry. Perhaps it would work for someone.
I went to my local Kroger – I’m in Nashville, TN – Found the cereal for $3.99 and so I got two boxes along with some other food items. When I went to checkout they told me I couldn’t use the coupon since the product was on sale and less than the coupon value. I then asked them to at least take the $3.99 off and just not give me the overages. They said they couldn’t do that either. The girl at the register than got another women to try it and that girl said the same thing. They couldn’t take my coupon.
I was very upset. ALSO, a catalina printed since they had actually scanned the two boxes BUT it was NOT for the $2.50 you mention. It was for $2.00 off another Glucerna product.
Very upsetting and frustrating trip. Did anyone else have trouble?
Don’t forget, you can send in the receipt for the Glucerna cereal and get a rebate of $1 per box from Caregivers Marketplace, as well.
