I ordered this album on 12/23/08 (Xmas Hoorray promo - free) and received confirmation e-mail immediately with an order #. Since then it showes on their system as "placed", not processed, or shipped etc. I e-mailed Hoorray 3 times already and got an autoreply that their Rep will contact me in 24 hour - never happened. I left them messages, no result at all. I do not beleive they are going to fullfil the order. My mother did her order too - same result. Just wanted you to know before you spend all this time. I've sent the comany an e-mail asking if it's possible to pay over the phone (since I couldn't find a contact phone # on the site.) In general, I'm not overly pleased with Hoorray. I really like their designs and layout options, but the technical aspects are lacking. Maybe it's just a young company and they will get better with time and consumer input??
