1 Val in MD January 12, 2009 at 3:21 pm: Anyone else having technical problems on the site? I’m unable to log-in on the homepage (just clicks and goes nowhere), and the drag & drop is non-functional (I can drag but it just pops back up in the bucket).
Otherwise, it’s a great offer!
2 Melissa January 12, 2009 at 3:31 pm: I uploaded all my photos last night and started working on my album but it didn’t save my changes! I didn’t have any trouble with the drag and drop, though.
3 Summer January 12, 2009 at 3:59 pm: I put my album together over the weekend, but the purchase screen isn’t working for me. I’ve sent the comany an e-mail asking if it’s possible to pay over the phone (since I couldn’t find a contact phone # on the site.) In general, I’m not overly pleased with Hoorray. I really like their designs and layout options, but the technical aspects are lacking. Maybe it’s just a young company and they will get better with time and consumer input??

6 Svetlana January 13, 2009 at 10:56 am: Just to warn you. I ordered this album on 12/23/08 (Xmas Hoorray promo – free) and received confirmation
e-mail immediately with an order #. Since then it showes on their system as “placed”, not processed, or shipped etc.
I e-mailed Hoorray 3 times already and got an autoreply that their Rep will contact me in 24 hour – never happened. I left them messages, no result at all. I do not beleive they are going to fullfil the order.
My mother did her order too – same result. Just wanted you to know before you spend all this time.
