Creamofwheat

I've been eating lots of Cream of Wheat recently in order to boost my iron intake (Did you know that one serving of Cream of Wheat contains almost 50% of your daily iron needs?!) so I was excited to see this free sample of Cream of Wheat offered here. Go request yours today! (Thanks, Thrifty Mommy!)

And, speaking of cereal, if you haven't done so already, you can also request a free sample of Total here.

Thank you for the free sample link! I used to eat Cream of Wheat all of the time growing up. I haven’t had it on years.

I just had a bowl of Cream of Wheat for breakfast today! It’s so cheap and satisfying, and I didn’t realize it had all that iron. Yay!

Thanks for the free sample link. I haven’t had cream of wheat in a long time. My mom used to give it to me as a child. I used milk and sugar on it. Yum.I didn’tknow it was high in iron, I’mgoing to start eating it again.

Thanks for the link.

I think Cream of Wheat also has a good amount of folic acid.
