I was at Dillons this morning and the Kroger tuna is around $.75. When you use the $.75 cellfire coupon it is free. I also snagged 28 Green Giant boxed veggies for around $15.

Anyone else having issues with the loadable coupons? My cellfire ones seem to be working but the PG e saver and shortcuts ones are not working. I’ve contacted them several times and pg keeps telling me that they corrected the prob….but still no response from shortcuts. It’s such a bummer to have my grocery budget planned out and then some of my coupons not work and mess everything up!

I signed up for cellfire last night. I waited a good hour before I went to Kroger. These all showed they were loaded. I used them at the store for the cottage cheese(which was marked to 1.19(.75 off), tuna and veggies. It worked for the veggies but not the tuna and cottage cheese. Has this happened to anyone else? I normally use shortcuts and have never had this problem.

Amanda, I had this problem. You have to contact Kroger directly (the 1-800 number on your card). They refunded me for the coupon amounts (by adding credit to my Kroger card for my next trip), and got it all straightened out for future visits. I think that it has something to do with them not having your right information in their system. Hope it works for you!

Amanda, I had this problem before. Call the 1-800 number on your kroger card. They refunded me for the amount of my coupons (by adding a credit to my kroger card which came off the next time it was scanned) and got everything all straightened out. I think that it has something to do with them not having your right information in their system. Hope it works for you!
