by crystal on November 14, 2008

Walgreens coupon

Walgreens has released another $5/$20 coupon which is good for Friday and Saturday only (November 14-15, 2008). Go here to print your coupon.

Mercedes came up with a few great scenarios for using this coupon. Check them out here. And if you have other deal ideas, be sure to leave a comment with your scenario or link.

Also, you can get the Schick Quattro Titanium Razor free at Walgreens through tomorrow. It's only sale for $6.99. Use the $3/1 coupon in the November EasySaver booklet and stack that with the $4/1 coupon in the December All You magazine. (Thanks, Lisa!)

Sadly, my Wal-Mart doesn’t have the December “All You” on the stands yet. It still has the November issue.

Marcia November 14, 2008 at 1:57 pm

I was wondering if anyone else has had the same experience at Walgreens…I refuse (no matter how good the deal is) to shop there anymore…you can’t stack coupons. If you have 5 coupon’s you must have at least 5 items. No matter if it’s a store or mani. And it seems the computer decides at random how many of an item/coupons I can use ie:if I have 5/$1 coupons for toliet paper and I want to buy 5 qty of toilet paper…the computer will say coupon limit reached.

Do you know when the All You December issue hits stands as my Wal-Mart doesn’t have it yet?

Julie November 14, 2008 at 3:59 pm

I just got the December All You in the mail – my first issue from the Southern Living At Home subscription I ordered in September.

Lana November 14, 2008 at 6:16 pm

All You is a magazine only found at Wal-mart, or by subscription. People like it for the coupons included. A lot of school fundraisers are offering this magazine.

Tausha November 15, 2008 at 9:36 am

You can use the $5 off coupon for photos too so I went ahead and bought my photo cards that I do every year with it.

Hi Crystal,
Thanks fro your feedback on all my questions. Thanks to you,I am able to buy grooceries for 40-$50/week.I still have to work on spending less on Indian veggies,lentil/beans and whole wheat flour as these are pantry basics for me.I dont know why but somehow,I do run into issues with coupons.I was at the Walgreens store near my house to get th razor that you have mentioned. They were all out of them but for one which was Schick Quattro Titanium Power which rang up at 11.99.The tag said that it has to be checkout at the Beauty counter only. The cashier ,at the beauty counter, said that since it says Power and the weekly sale ad didnt have it on display, that one wasnt on sale.I told him that the ad said that the sale is applicable to all Schick Quattro Titanium razor systems.BUt he insisted on giving me a raincheck and not let me buy that razor.after I came home,I looked up on the Schick website and found that the Power model was a new addition to the Schick Quattro Titanium series.I would like to know your views on the same. This is a long comment and I am sorry about it.
