Great deals at all Albertson’s family of stores

by crystal on November 3, 2008

You know the sweet Shaw's deal I mentioned earlier? The one where you can get lots of free food–some without even using coupons?

Well, I have even better news for you all! This deal is available at many more places than just Shaws; it's available at all the Albertson's family of stores including Albertson's, Shaws, Jewel-Osco, and Acme!

Check out Mercedes' post for more details and links.

I typed up all the items that were included in our Chicagoland area ad. Hope it helps someone out!

I was sooo excited about this one! I was able to do the deal twice using printable coupons & rolling the catalinas! I got a bunch of stuff I needed for about $15!

I worked out some scenarios for this deal–most involving multiple coupons–but it might give someone an idea!

Now is that $30 BEFORE coupons? So, as long as I have $30 from those items listed, I’ll still get the $15 back, even if I don’t end up paying $30 for them?

At my store (western suburbs IL), it was $30 BEFORE the preferred card price. This is different from either the sale price or the shelf price. Really, the only way I could figure it out is to use the price checkers at the end of the aisle. Or do self-checkout, and don’t scan your preferred card until the end, to make sure that you hit $30. But yes, it is also before coupons. I’ve done this deal twice and rolled the coupons, but they are giving some people trouble. (They were not at all happy with me either).
